I ordered here in the Morning yesterday and the bean burritos were heavenly! Im pregnant so the craving came and I ordered again at 11pm but the beans were so stale and hard I could only eat the cheesy parts. Highly doubt my craving will call for this again over the next few months. 😢

Their milkshake machine is broken AGAIN. After saying that's all we wanted, they didn't even care or offer an alternative. Never coming back here. This was all I came for and we got stuck in line for 10+ minutes because there were people infront and behind us.

I understand that Del Taco is considered Mexican American cuisine, and as someone who is half Mexican myself, I appreciate that. However, I had a difficult experience at the drive-thru. The woman at the window was very hard to understand, and she seemed frustrated with me because I couldn’t make out what she was saying. She wasn’t very patient and appeared to be rushing the interaction, which made it even harder to overcome the language barrier.

I emailed Del taco two weeks ago about a terrible experience. I was contacted by corporate and was told that this location would reach out to me ASAP. It’s been over a week. I called corporate back and they said they even escalated it. This location clearly doesn’t care about any of its customers. I placed an order on my app and then had to wait for 25 minutes in the drive thru. The speed of service here is atrocious. One of the burritos I ordered was completely missing as well as the sour cream. Matter of fact it’s been three times in a row coming here and the refusal to give customers sour cream is astonishing. The worst part was that there was an ant in my guacamole. Disgusting. I have asked for a refund and no response back. Been weeks. Terrible.
Totally under educated employee only. They are really really slow. Never coming back.

The service was quick and friendly, and the staff made sure our order was correct and ready fast. The atmosphere was clean and casual, perfect for a quick bite. I really appreciate when fast food actually feels like a real meal, and Del Taco nailed it.

I'm currently in line here. I've been waiting 20 minutes and don't have food. And there is no where to get out of line because if could get out of here I would. It's unacceptable that this place is this poorly run
