Late flight into LAS, our family of four (two seniors, two grandkids) opted at the last second to swing into this Denny's before checking into our hotel across the street. There appeared to be two staff on hand -- a cook and our wait person, Tyler. During the time we were there (like 1:00-2:00 on a Sunday morning), Tyler and the cook hustled to keep what was (to us, anyway) a surprising number of customers satisfied (well, except for one table of impatient young people). Our order was fairly prompt, the odd assortment of dishes we ordered were all tasty, and the service was quite pleasant throughout.

Was seated promptly, server Alanah B was fantastic—friendly, accurate, and courteous!! Food was great—pancakes fluffier than across the street and the smoked bacon tasted much better.

My friends and I went here saturday night, when we got there we greeted the host and we were then seated as usual but 20 minutes go by of us waiting to even be greeted by a server but not once did they even look in our direction, didnt bring us water, didnt smile at us, NOTHING. we then noticed a family that came in AFTER us was greeted, they took their order and brought them drinks. the entire time sitting there the waitress DID NOT look in our direction but my friends and I kept raising our hands and trying to get ANYONES attention and nothing. it was only us and the other family that got there after we did so its not like they had a full busy house either. we ended up getting up and leaving to the ihop across the street and it was way better than ANYTHING dennys would of given us anyways, if I could rate this place less than 1 I would. what type of customer service doesnt even GREET the customer upon arrival. and in addition to that our server at ihop was AMAZING and got THE fattest tip.
