The 2 employees were friendly, entertaining, and made us feel welcome. They easily engaged in lighthearted conversation. The chopped brisket was quite dry, but the fried pickles were amazing!

I ate at this location on 4/9/2022 at approximately 4:15. I had a 3 meat plate with Brisket, Pulled Pork, Spicey Sausage, Mac and Cheese, Loaded Mashed, and a drink. The meal was $25.14. I received mostly cold meat, cold and bland sides, lots if dirty tables, dirty counters, no sauces out, dirty tea urns, soda options with a paper reading "out", filthy soda machine, signs taped up at the order counter saying prices were higher than posted menu board, and finally staff that were overwhelmed and would start asking for your order and get side tracked with multiple other things. This location, just like the location on Buffalo and the 215 are a disgrace to the Dickey's Barbecue name. Corporate really needs to have a heart to heart with these franchise owners. I don't plan on returning.

I have been to other dickeys in other states and this one completely misses the mark of consistency that I have experienced at other locations. Ordered brisket burnt ends and got what I think was chopped brisket asked for no sauce but they drenched it in a sweet saucy and cooked it on a flat top. Overall poor quality of food don’t know what’s going on but definitely not in line with any other dickeys definitely not going back.

Completely overpriced!! Tiny portions! Food was not good at all. Took way to long to receive order. I Was really looking forward to good bbq,, this is totally NOT the place for it! Don’t waste your time. My family and I will definitely NEVER come here again! ??

Waited 30 minutes for someone to take order! Really?? You have lost a good customer. UPDATE: After finally receiving food and getting it home, the entire order was wrong! $29 for 2 sandwiches and 3 small sides and you got it wrong. I refuse to set foot back in your store but still want my money back. Inexcusable!

The menu advertises a bake potato and In the advertisement it shows the potatoes with the works of a loaded potato. I ordered the potato only to learn they didn't have the items. So I ordered chilli and found that to be tasteless and like paste. The only item that had any resemblance worthy of eating was the string beans. I also observed that brisket was on a chopping block uncovered and appeared to have been there for a long period of time. The serving area and urinals were in need of cleaning. I was surely disappointed. It's to bad that a owner or someone who understands the business wasn't present to oversee the two server.

As other reviewers have said, this place refuses to honor official promotions. I’d understand if they told you, but they don’t. You can place the order on the app, pay for it and get a confirmation, but they don’t tell you they won’t accept the promo until you waste your time driving there. The poor girl behind the counter immediately offered to call her boss for him to tell me they don’t accept promos, so you know he’s a real piece of work. I absolutely will not be returning. Also, no one was wearing a mask.

Ordered online said 40 min. Ok we wait, head over and the food still took 30 more minutes. I ordered the sliced brisket and got chopped dry brisket. Go at your own risk.Update:Use code THANKS5OFF for $5 off a $20 orderUse if you want to go we will not be.That's what you get when they reach out.

**Beware**Used the app to order a meal using an official Dickeys promo code. Drove all the way to this location and was told that this location didn’t accept that code and they would have to refund my money and if I wanted the meal I would have to pay full price even though I placed the order on the Dickeys mobile app and my order was accepted and I was charged. There was actually someone in line as well that the same thing happened to where they showed up and were told that their money would have to be refunded and would have to pay full price. Will not return to this location unless under new ownership/management. When you place an order on the mobile app it ask for your information so why not contact me and tell me my order would be cancelled before I drove there? And what makes this location so special that they won’t accept official coupons or mobile app promo codes?

DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT. The staff prepared our food without masks on. I repeat: in the middle of an omicron surge, the staff did not wear masks whatsoever while preparing our food. Furthermore, after making an order for pickup at 4:20, the staff did not begin to prepare our meal until we arrived at 4:55. The staff was rude and unprofessional and did not even acknowledge us, nor did they apologize for the significant delay. It ultimately took 30 minutes to get our food, and some items were missing. No one should ever attend this restaurant, because the staff does not care about customers' health, safety, or satisfaction.

I ordered the two meat meal:ribs and brisket burnt ends. The ribs were burnt to a crisp and could not be eaten. The brisket came in two small chunks that were so tough I couldn’t chew them. I threw it away. I called to report to the manager but got a rude rebuff. Someone needs to know my experience so they are aware of it before visiting this location. This was the worst I’ve got from Years of eating at Dickey’s.

at least 45 min late which made order delivery late. Due here at 6:15. Still waiting at 645 and not due for another 15 min again!! don't order for delivery!!

The menu shows two prices for sides. $3.50/$6. I asked for large sides, and the worker said the large is two of the cups shown in the picture. When I checked out, the cost seemed off so I asked why it was $120 for my order. The worker said, the cost for large sides is $20.99. ??‍♀️? I showed him the menu that said it should be $6. He said no, I know it sounds confusing and doesn’t really make sense but a medium size side is one container (pictured) $6 and a large side is two medium size containers $20.99. I said that doesn’t make sense because the cost should be $12 or less if that was the case. He said, ya I don’t know, I doesn’t really make sense. I told him I only wanted the $6 sides. My bill went from $120 to $60. I don’t know what kind of an operation you guys are running here but I’d actually like a manager to explain to me what happened and why. The food is great, very good, the customer service, from every single employee is terrible. Customers are treated like a waste of time.
