Distill - A Local Bar - Inspirada

The entire staff is amazing. They know what you want before you walk in. I have never had service like this before. This is a real message.

Last night friday the 13th my husband and I wanted to come to our local bar , when not greeted and my husband Ignored by the guy bartender I watched my husband patiently wait while he walked the other way and wiped . It is disgusting to have workers in your establishment that doesn't have respect and greeting to ALL of your customer. Sad we frequent the wsky bar and the bar on st rose

Service stinks , I was met with disrespectful and rude bartender
And me and my wife didn't even stay ! .
First and last time I would ever go there ...

First time visit, great experience. Noticed how full the parking lot was one weekday evening, so stopped in for an early dinner. Our server, Holli, was positive and attentive. Kitchen staff brought our food out, nice and hot, with no delay. We ordered French dip & salad, Turkey club & fries. Draft beer and the glass were nice and cold.

Dining area is separated from bar, which we appreciated as were non-smokers. Looking through the glass partitions in the dining area, we were able to follow a Dodger game in the bar area from our table.

Menu has lots of choices and prices are reasonable. Restroom was in top condition and well supplied.

A very good experience. We’ll be back.

Pretty great place. Food was excellent and the atmosphere was pretty nice. People under 21 have to sit in a different area. Prices were pretty good too. Service though was pretty slow and though are server was very nice, she wasn’t very attentive. Good experience though.

Food was good but...side salad and main served before the starter!! Hmmm also fish was over cooked and looking very dark. Same with the delicious starter of mashed potatoe balls, dark but still good.

Great place, you will enjoy the service, the food, and atmosphere.

New favorite bar. Went there Halloween night and the place was packed. Even with it busy both lady bartenders were attentive and kind and fast with service and refills. Bar and lounge were super clean and well maintained. All around great experience.

Great location with great atmosphere. Food is usually really good if eating there. We decided to order take out one night and it was a little disappointing. Everything was packaged nicely however I ordered the carne asada tacos and they were built very poorly making it difficult to eat. Lack of care.

I have leaved this spot for a year. Final ordered take out and I have been missing out for a year. Food was delicious and I will be returning in the regular.

I’ve been going to this bar forever, the staff, more specifically the ladies, Lacy, Taylor and Juls, are AMAZING! If you have time, stop in for the happy hour deals! A must go to bar!

Awesome food, LOUSY, SLOW service. ? My family and I had to wait 20 minutes for our food to come, and my teen’s order was incorrect. The offer of a free desert is thoughtful but I’d rather receive faster service and correct orders. A drink refill would have been nice, too. Apparently, not drinking alcohol lowers your visibility to the servers. ?

Delicious and flavored dishes
Cowboy ribeye abounded big plate with asparagus arrosted potato on top crispy onion rings melted with garlic butter really really good
Fettuccine pasta with blackened chicken with red bell peppers onions garlic cherry tomatoes mushrooms soute in white wine superb with two pieces of garlic bread very flavored
Italian sandwich is over of this world
Capicolo salami ham melted with provolone cheese on top filanzhe of fresh onions lettuce and sliced tomato sprayed Italian dressing and Greek oregano must u try

I stopped by Distill today with a friend to grab some lunch and a drink before heading to the Raiders game. Unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected. We were the only high-top table in the bar area, with one other party in the dining room and about four people at the bar enjoying drinks. Despite the light crowd, we waited for about 10 minutes, and no one acknowledged us or offered assistance. The bartender could have at least shouted over that someone would be right with us, but that didn’t happen either.

We decided to stop by because we live in the area, and a server had posted that they had a new menu, which we were excited to try. Sadly, this visit was a real bummer. We ended up leaving without even getting a chance to try the new offerings. Hopefully, this was just an off day, but it certainly left us disappointed.
