This place is the worst Domino's I've ordered from. Incorrect orders are their specialty. Tonight was no different and will be our last order from this location. Peperoni pizza with 1 slice of pepperoni, we orederd extra, and the pizza was burnt to a krisp. Their quality check needs significant changes. Avoid if you actually want to eat your pizza!

Ordered online, when pizza arrived it was cold, barely any cheese on it, and when I called to speak to someone about the disappointment, I was told, someone will get told about it and then I was hung up on; so I will be contacting corporate and requesting a refund

I ordered two sandwiches (Philly Cheese Steak) yesterday and there was practically no meat in them. I can confidently say this shouldn’t happen. I usually pick up my orders from a different location at 3578 St Rose Pkwy, and the quality there is always consistent, with noticeably more filling. I hope this was just a mistake or a glitch, and not the usual standard.

Okay listen buddy, I love me some domino's and I'm like oh let's get some pizza for me and my brothers since our mama ain't home. So I ordered a MEDIUM CHEESE PIZZA. Tell me why it says it'll take 50 minutes to make this pizza?... Thats crazy. My phone was at 5% when I ordered and it's a 66% now! We're still waiting! We originally ordered this pizza at 12:59.

They pretend to take your order over the phone. They give you a total and even confirm with your phone# You show up to pick up and all of a sudden they claim to have not taken any order from you over the phone. They even go as far as saying g that you may have ordered from the other Domino's. That can't be unless they have the same phone#. The incompetence is baffling smh.

I haven’t had Domino’s in years so I thought I’d try the app which was easy but the pizza is just not good. First time I had it was about 40 years ago. I remember it being better. Decent app and Delivery was quick, pizza one star!

They’ve messed up twice now. It is the worst Domino’s yet they used to be perfect so it makes me think the franchisee owner might’ve changed or the manager. And the person that’s in the store. Every time does not fix my problem when they mess up my pizza or somehow run out of simple Parmesan cheese every time I go there, I would not recommend whatsoever. The workers also have no sympathy. If they mess up again, I would like to talk to the franchise owner myself because it’s ridiculous and it’s a very simple business model which means they simply don’t care.
Parking: The parking is the only thing that works since it requires no workers and maintenance.
Our server kait was so nice here and the crew today made us the best pizza.I've ever had a domino's that's was delicious 😋 and the service was amazing the pizza came out hot and fast and before I knew it i was walking out of the place with one of the best pizzas i've ever tried in my life 10/10 service

When I called, I was met with condescension by Mark and complete refusal from Kaitlyn, the manager, to even come to the phone. They wouldn’t provide the district manager’s name or offer any real solution other than a dismissive ‘we’re busy.’ Basically, ‘too bad’ seems to be their policy. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Won’t be ordering from here again.”

An hour and fifteen minutes wait - delivered cold in crushed boxes. Forget about reporting a issue either- verification code never makes it so no reporting. If you are short staffed then stop taking orders.
