It’s a good thing I ordered a pizza during half off week because that’s what I got, a pizza with half the amount of ingredients you should expect. I even ordered extra cheese and guess what I got, half the normal cheese. If you want a good pizza, this is not it. If you want a cheap bad pizza, this might be your choice.

This location on eastern is horrible. My ENTIRE order was poorly assembled! Cinnamon stick completely plain and there was a stack of cinnamon in the container, breadstick so greasy u can squeeze grease into the palm of your hands and the pizza barely has sauce, cheese and toppings.

Used the app for majority of order, app was extremely organized, easy to run, and very user friendly. I was able to choose exactly what i wanted and customize everything to my liking and needs wether it be the food itself even down to how im paying. Great experience.

HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE!! I have been a loyal Dominos customer for 3 years, literally ordering every weekend. On New Year’s Day, my order took over an hour to arrive, despite the app telling me it was a few minutes away on multiple occasions. After finally receiving my order, I called to speak with the manager to see if there was anything she could do to rectify the situation. I spoke with the assistant manager, Kaitlyn, who continued to make excuses as to why the pizza took so long and said it was very possible for that to continue to happen in the future. She didn’t offer an apology or say it was unacceptable service. She continued to defend herself without offering in any way, anything to appease us. She then actually hung up on us. When we called back, and she said her general manager would handle it the following week. The next week, no one called us, so we called back and asked to speak with the general manager whose name was also Kaitlyn. Kaitlyn also defended the store and her assistant manager with no resolution. It wasn’t until I asked if we could at least get a free pizza because of the situation until she offered to refund us for our pizza that day. I said thank you and accepted.The next time we tried to order on the app, the app said the store was having difficulties with online ordering, so I decided to order from another pizza place. Then, the next weekend, the app said the same thing; it was having difficulties with online ordering. This time, I decided to call Dominos to order instead. The second I told the girl on the phone (Kaitlyn) my phone number to order, she said, “Ooooh, umm… the last time we talked, you said you were never going to order from us again, so I disabled your app.” Then she proceeded to tell me that that I was more than welcome to come into the store for a pick-up order, but I wasn’t allowed to order delivery anymore.I am LIVID. I have never in my life had a store or restaurant tell me that I wasn’t allowed to order from them anymore. What GM would EVER do that or handle the situation like she did?? WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I will definitely be contacting the corporate office after this. BOTH Kaitlyn managers need proper training in management or need to be fired. Period. This experience was horrendous. Dominos has now lost a loyal customer who ordered 4-5 pizzas from them on a weekly basis for the past 3 years because of their poor ability to handle their customers.

The crust is always perfectly crispy, and their variety of flavors ensures there's something for everyone. The delivery is prompt, and the staff is always friendly. I was pleasantly surprised with the pizza I ordered from Dominos! I haven't had their pizza in quite a few years and didn't expect to be totally blown away by it. It was EXACTLY as I ordered, cooked perfectly, delivered quicker than I expected. It was hot and delicious, what more could I have asked for? No part of my order was neglected or forgotten. Kudos to the team! I think my delivery driver's name was Walker, and he was awesome! I'll definitely order again from this location again!

Gosh darn it! Can’t believe we are saying this and leaving a public review about it but we have just had probably the best pizza we have had from carry out at this Dominos…. And it’s the day after Xmas so truly appreciating the quality of tastes!We got the 2-topping medium pan pizza and a regular hand toss for a deal they are running, woooweee are they amazing! Lots of toppings and fresh and hot as we picked up right as the pizza tracker said they are ready! The guy at the counter was very friendly and great too!Will come here again!
Horrible service, the manager Alexis was extremely unhelpful and the employee I spoke with on the phone unconcerned and dismissive. I have a free pizza coupon that is not working online (apparently has been an issue for other customers and they are aware of it) but due to the stipulation of it being an online coupon she was unwilling to help assist me over the phone or in person to redeem even with the email showing my coupon. I was brushed off to customer service, which is closed at this time. Definitely won't be ordering dominos pizza again.
