Worst pizza I have had. Hardly any cheese on pizza. Crust was thin on half and thick on the other side. And the guy on the phone was rude. I will never order from this Domino's again.

Got my order, didn’t realize I had ordered extra hair on it but thankfully I took it back to try and get a refund and maybe a new pizza made for the inconvenience. wasn’t offered anything of the sort. I used to work for Dominoes and sad to say its declining.

Holiday was extremely helpful. He already knew that the website had charged my card twice.And had my order out to me while canceling the other. This pizza hut always delivers quickly and their pizza is never burned. I hate brown cheese.And mine looks like the commercials. I've only been there once in person, but the staff was very kind and helpful.
We ordered barbecue chicken pizza with “extra” chicken as you can order two toppings per pizza on their app. Each pizza had 7, yes seven, pieces of chicken. Waste of time and money. Their employees must think chicken comes out of their paycheck, or they can’t read. I don’t care which is the case. Don’t order from Dominos.

Ordered at 1807 with a 51-61 minute delivery time. My cold pizza arrived to me at 1932. First time for this Domino’s and super disappointed with this service.**editOrdered today, December 9, 2023, and recieved an amazingly beautiful and phenomenally tasty pep, pine, and jalapeño pizza and stuffed pep bread with quick and amazing service!!
Got in line at the drive-thru pick up window. There was a car in front of us, and another car that pulled in right behind us. We waited 23 minutes for the car in front of us to sit at the window, before they finally got their food and left. By this time, there were several other cars behind us in line. Once we finally got to the window, they told us they were just starting our order. This was almost an hour after we placed the order originally. They asked us to pull around and wait. Not sure why they didn't ask the car in front of us to do that, so we would not have been stuck in line for over twenty minutes. We ended up leaving with no food. We've had a bad experience with Domino's in the past, but thought we'd give them another chance, as it has been several years. Never again.

Pizza came out of the oven at 5:40 PM out for Delivery at 6:08 Delivered at 6:49. I live 5 minutes from the Domino's I ordered it from. Hour and 9 minutes from out of oven, that's not total time from order time. Also showed delivered 5 min before it actually showed up. I was looking for a number to call to let them know I did not receive it. The pizza showed up cold. Crazy bread was still warm.

I was helping my best friends mom out, and she order us 2 pizzas, she called around 12:12 or 12:17 PM on 7/23/23, she ordered 2 medium pizzas for $6.99. One with bacon and chicken and the other with mushroom with half pepperoni and half green peppers. The lady we spoke to said it should take about 25-30 minutes. 45 minutes goes by, (around 1:03 or 1:08 PM) and she called the store wondering what is taking to long, the manager answered, and he said that you guys were short staffed, and she mentioned that she seen through advertisements that if it's running late then the pizza is free. And she mentioned that to him and he said "we stopped that 20 years ago" and this manager sounded (and acted) like he's 20-22 years old. Then he said "I do give out credit to those who don't give me an attitude" Mind you this was on speaker and I heard everything. I was like "EXCUSE ME?" And she was like "oh really?" And she WAS NOT giving him an attitude prior to him saying that. She was just wondering what was taking so long. When she asked for the corporate number he said "you can Google it, I'm not giving it to you" and she's like "oh really? I have poor eyesight and you're telling me to google it" and he's practically arguing with her at this point. And when she asked for his name he said "I am the manager I don't have to give you my name." And both her and I were like "yeah you do we are reporting you" and he's like "I'm not giving you my name" and he kept arguing and arguing with her and eventually hung up on her. She did contact a different location and that manager said that he would've done things differently and that they do offer free pizza when it's running late. And as for the manager that was extremely disrespectful and mean towards my friends mom, if he can't handle criticism and confrontations then he should not be a manager, either demote him or fire him. And I did the googling for her and found the number for the corporate office in Las Vegas, I'm sure they'll do something about this right? And the pizzas were cold by the way. Thank you.
