leaving this review after witnessing a driver enter the restaurant and walk straight to the line handling food without even looking in the direction of a sink... i brought this to the attention of another employee and the driver in question threw a small fit before going and rinsing his hands for a few seconds and returning to the same surfaces not bothering to clean up any contamination he just introduced into the environment... i will be approaching the health department with this information because there is clearly a rift in the management of food safety standards inside this location... i noticed other problems in this store worth mentioning but not in the same breath, this needs to be handled before someone gets legitimately hurt

Last time I ordered here they called me and said they have no drivers. Tonight I ordered and was told over the phone the manager accidentally clicked that my order had been delivered when it hadn't been, and it would be there in 25mins. I wait an hour, call them back and sit on hold for 20mins, and finally drive down there to see one employee working by herself, the phone ringing off the hook and not answering it. I've been waiting 2hrs and 15mins at this point, had to drive here myself, and I'm still waiting for my pizza

Clearly I'm not the only negative review so I won't waste time writing a long one. Just avoid this location from customer service to the food everything was terrible and it has been the last 2 times I've done this location. At this point just avoid it.

Don’t bother. Called in a delivery order. Were told we are not busy. About 30 minutes. After an hour my wife called. Was told we are very busy and only have 2 drivers. Was promptly hung up on. After another 30 minutes I tracked the order and discovered it had been cancelled.

Ordered 8pm. It's now 10pm and still no order. I call and was told my apt number is not in my address info so it couldn't be delievered. I check my account info and everything including my apt # is definitely there so I'm just being lied to at this point.
I bought two regular crust pizzas. Both looked like the crust exploded and was as thin as a piece of paper, SO dry. I called the store and the person that answered said to contact support online and hung up. Terrible pizza, terrible customer service.

I just order a pizza for $12 and change and a water $2 something. the casher charge me $12. I pay. I wait my order. he come and told me it's $2 missing. (he didn't charge. cause I pay by card) say it was something about my card "dude". so I have no problem (and I did) for pay $2 you forget to charge but don't call me dude and don't blame my card. the manager come for fixt it (for charge me the missing $2) without any kind word or apology. very poor customer service.
The app needs to be updated to include double toppings.
