Completely a failure they just don’t care. Taking over 1 hour to get to me is reductions. Calles spoke to the female manager who was uncaring. This store will be reported to corporate in the morning. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!’

Purchased the 19.99 deal. The pizza was good and was prepared right but when I asked for a 2 liter soda and extra dipping sauces the front counter girl didn’t even give me them. Just gave me my pizza and didn’t check the recipe to see if I got my full order. The cinnamon bread didn’t come with the frosting and the extra marinara wasn’t even included. I had to make an addition drive back to get my order. I wished the service was better and not rushed.

We ordered pizza from here all the time, but on Feb 23 when we ordered we watched online to check update. called once cuz it was an hour later and curious if anything went wrong. we can be patient and understanding stuff happens. 10 mins later update said "delivered". looked outside nothing so we called and she said "you sure? check outside". we always order from here and they knock when they deliver but no knock ,no pizza. she just said" will we can get a pizza out but its 2 hr wait". we are too hungry to wait that long so we just said could you refund and the lady wanted to argue no refund only store credit, which was unacceptable don't want store credit since i wanna use the money for food i'll get. and finally she said ok refund and hung up. its been 6 days no no refund, called and the manager said they had no clue and will investigate.still don't know where that pizza went that we never got and was charged for.

This store has very long delivery times and very poor quality control. I don’t know who runs things over there but it doesn’t seem like anyone cares about the quality of food being sent out. My last delivery came with a smashed pizza box (smashed by a 2ltr pink lemonade that WAS IN THE WARM BAG), a sweaty bottle of Minute Maid pink lemonade and an order of Parmesan bread bites that weren’t the actual bread bites, they used the dessert bites and they were SWIMMING in butter that soaked into the pizza box. When I opened the pizza, cheese was stuck on the top of the lid. Horrible experience. Every time I order from this store it gets increasingly worse.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!! After placing my $61.04 online order at 4:05pm I patiently waited over an hour when I called the store the girl on the other end told me that I was lying about how long I had been waiting and told me my order was with the driver and I was her 2nd delivery....when I CALLED BACK 30 MINITES LATER the same girl puts me on hold by yelling hold into the phone and another boy gets on the phone and tells me that my order IS with the driver and I am now 4th in the driver's que!!!!! Are you serious????? I have literally been waiting for my order for an hour and a half AND STILL DON'T HAVE MY FOOD!!!!! And then they send that?!?!?!?!?! And you can keep your LAME 50% off a pizza coupon!!! Like I would order again?!?!?! And BTW thanks for including the 6 sauces I PAID FOR!!!!

Not sure who is cutting the pizzas, but this is comically terrible. Why even try? If you're going to do it like this, just send the pie out uncut and I'll do it myself. I'd rather do that than have this show up. Pizzas were room temperature by the time they arrived over an hour later after the tracking feature said they left the store. The last time I ordered, it took almost 2 hours to get. Next time I'll just come pick it up because it will be a lot faster and the pizzas will be warm when I get them home.

This is an amazing Dominos restaurant. A young girl works here. All the preparation and cooking are done in the front. You can watch her prepare the dough, toss it and put on the sauce cheese and toppings. The whole process. She’s very efficient and also very sweet.It’s a spacious to-go restaurant. The seating inside is adequate and the place is clean.The parking lot is huge.The stuffed pepperoni cheese bread is extremely delicious. There are lots of deals now. Take your pick.Will definitely return.5 stars.

Asked for regular crust on the pepperoni you gave me thin crust.Asked for light red sauce on the cheese you gave me no red sauce.The cinnamon twists were covered in grease or oil or what ever like dripping.The cheese bread.. not even going to try the cheese bread lol. Cmon guys I know it’s late and you want to go home but it was 33$ down the drain now..

We've been waiting for our delivery order for almost 2 hours. When my husband called the store, the staff gave poor customer service and placed my husband on hold while he was the middle of explaining what the issue was, with no warning. Then told us it would be another 5-10 minutes which has since passed and the driver is even farther away.

Ordered food & never got it. Manager first told me the order was delivered then when I told her I never got my $60 worth of food she claimed she found the “lost” order & it would be there. This was 90mins after the food was ordered. Wouldn’t give me a refund or answer the phone after this update.
