Don Tortaco Mexican Grill #12

They complain about giving you more than 4 salsas at drive thru window. But if I go in I can have all the salsa and veggies I want!! Management better check those people at the window. Lost a customer who paid for that over priced breakfast burrito daily!! S. Rainbow location by dollar tree. Other places been fine.

My wife and I just went to the store on Stephanie and ordered our dinner. I had ordered the Asada Fajitas, and we noticed how it was packed and had concerns at that point. I opened the bag when we got home and looked like soup with some pieces of meat and vegetables. I returned to store to return, in which I was told nothing could be done. They did replace it (I was skeptical with good reason), but didn’t give me any tortillas. I got home for the second time and realized this, so I called again and once again told I would need to call the manager on Monday. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience.

Very disappointing. I ordered chicken and what they served me was a totally tasteless dish. The chicken was white, without any kind of seasoning, it looked boiled without salt. In addition, it was brothy, as if they had taken it straight out of the water. It had no flavor, no presentation, it was unpleasant to eat it. I definitely don't recommend it and I wouldn't go back. When you go out to eat, you expect some minimal flavor, and this didn't even come close.

Nothing fresh about this place, orders a sausage breakfast burrito and the sausage must been on the flat for a few hours, the eggs are flavorless.

I ordered a carne asada breakfast burrito and the steak was burnt I returned and they basically didn't give me a refund or remake it the worst I've ever had in 26 years of living in Las Vegas

02/25/25 07:14 p.m. Order# 103 2 Fish Burritos, 2 Beef Tacos, 1 Carne Asada Burrito with extra cheese, 1 Cheese Quesadilla. Girl who tried to take my order barely spoke a word of English. I had to repeat my order in Spanish to make sure she understood and got everything. Everything was rang up and my receipt says $45.93. After waiting over 30 minutes, she tried to tell me my order was ready but it was still missing the cheese quesadilla. After waiting almost another 10 minutes, I was finally given my order. She read off of their copy of my receipt to verify everything I ordered was in the bag. Stupid me didn't take the bag over to a table and take everything out with my daughters to verify everything was supposed to be in there. So when I got home I discovered I was given only 1 Fish Burrito. I waited for over 40 minutes just to have my order missing a $10 item, and like a complete idiot I placed $5 in the tip jar when I first gave my order. My Carne Asada burrito even had NO cheese on it at all after I paid for EXTRA cheese which is even notated on my receipt. Then when I tried calling to complain, the line was constantly busy as if they had taken the phone off of the hook to prevent people from calling in. I have had a long day and wanted to just sit and relax when I got home and eat my food while watching TV but I can't and I refuse to drive back to your restaurant because my anger and temper are so bad right now, I would probably say or do something I would later regret. I couldn't even enjoy the food I did receive but it was ice cold due to it taking over 40 minutes to make my order. I will NEVER eat any ANY of your restaurants again. With this level of incompetence, your business license should be revoked.

yikes that's a crappy burrito... small, too... asada is tough and terrible... used to be a lot better... & other stuff has to be better... hell, del taco is better...

(taco bell, right next door, however, is not better - that stuff ain't food...)

(& yes, I am saying del taco, terrible as it is, is still waaaaay better than taco bell... & I invite anyone who disagrees to enchirito themseves... )

(of course, that's unnecessary, too... if they're defending taco bell, they already enchirito on themselves, all the time...)

This place needs to be turned into something else asap

A service tras hand the size of the burritos are now the size of the hand, the price is high and now smaller the burritos rsto is a robbery people don't buy in this place.

HORRIBLE. Olivia the cook is The worst. I literally found spit in my torta. I am disgusted and will be reaching out to Corporate!!!!! SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF

This place is delicious, but beware, you will have very spicy poops. My goodness. It wasn’t even spicy while eating, but when it exited my body, it felt like fire. Straight fire.

I’ve been frequenting this taco shop for about 2 years now at least once a week or more. The quality of the food really depends on the cook. I wish they’d be more consistent. Some days are most definitely better than others. The cashiers are always nice!
