Don Tortaco Mexican Grill #4

02/25/25 07:14 p.m. Order# 103 2 Fish Burritos, 2 Beef Tacos, 1 Carne Asada Burrito with extra cheese, 1 Cheese Quesadilla. Girl who tried to take my order barely spoke a word of English. I had to repeat my order in Spanish to make sure she understood and got everything. Everything was rang up and my receipt says $45.93. After waiting over 30 minutes, she tried to tell me my order was ready but it was still missing the cheese quesadilla. After waiting almost another 10 minutes, I was finally given my order. She read off of their copy of my receipt to verify everything I ordered was in the bag. Stupid me didn't take the bag over to a table and take everything out with my daughters to verify everything was supposed to be in there. So when I got home I discovered I was given only 1 Fish Burrito. I waited for over 40 minutes just to have my order missing a $10 item, and like a complete idiot I placed $5 in the tip jar when I first gave my order. My Carne Asada burrito even had NO cheese on it at all after I paid for EXTRA cheese which is even notated on my receipt. Then when I tried calling to complain, the line was constantly busy as if they had taken the phone off of the hook to prevent people from calling in. I have had a long day and wanted to just sit and relax when I got home and eat my food while watching TV but I can't and I refuse to drive back to your restaurant because my anger and temper are so bad right now, I would probably say or do something I would later regret. I couldn't even enjoy the food I did receive but it was ice cold due to it taking over 40 minutes to make my order. I will NEVER eat any ANY of your restaurants again. With this level of incompetence, your business license should be revoked.

The building says in red neon letters, OPEN 24 HOURS. I stopped by after a late shift and guess what? CLOSED! See now online it's not even close to being open 24hrs. Just stupid.

It's a shame this place has terrible service and much more the food, they sell you cheese burritos for meat, a bad experience that would not happen again

I went to this restaurant for the first time, we ordered drinks and they didn't have ice, they had run out, but look, they warn you before paying, we ordered food and they forgot an order, I go to ask for the bathroom key and there is no one at the counter what Take care of me? I talk to them and they don't listen with their music very loud,
I spent a few minutes waiting for someone to come out and I had to leave, the truth is that it is a good place, the food is not bad, the prices are good but the staff and their loud music and the fact that there is not someone there to serve you all the time in front makes me Don't feel like coming back.

I've given this place multiple chances, but unfortunately, the poor food quality is a consistent issue. Every time I've ordered, the bean and cheese burrito has arrived with clumped up, cold cheese - it's clearly not a one-time mistake. Is it even real cheese? Is it even real avocados, guacamole? And the tacos? Always overly salty, to the point where it's hard to taste anything else. It's disappointing because I love Mexican food, but this place just can't seem to get it right. Until they improve their quality control, I won't be back!

I went here for a business lunch. The staff was super patient and really polite. Once we finally offered food, my colleague suggested the shredded beef quasadilla and said it was a lot. So we ordered 2. OMG it wasn't a lot. They were covered the whole plate. I think the tortillas were made in house and we're delicious there was so much melty gooey cheese and the shredded beef wasn't sprinkled on it was evenly heavily spread. Each bite was a perfect blend of flavor. I barely ate half benue I had to ask for a top go box. This place is a gem.
