The service needs some attention asap!! 1st order I came inside, waited for 5 minutes. The cashier said sorry and took 2 more drivethru ordered after acknowledging I was there for a while..there were 2 other workers there one making the drinks and another just standing. 2nd I made a delivery order(Uber eats) and called to make sure I ordered correctly, they took my name and said everything was correct. For some reason it does not allow you to add cold foam, she said sheād add it..everything was wrong in my order including my food. 3rd I made another delivery order (door dash) this store location cancelled my order for no reason. Door dash issues a refund.

We were the only ones there & the cashier clearly saw that we were having trouble with the kiosk & she just ignored us, 2 older ladies came in & they were helped out immediately. In my opinion race had alot to do with it.

Walked in and didnāt even get acknowledged. Stood in the lobby for a few minutes, to get my payment ready, stood in line as NO ONE was waiting, still no āhiā or āIāll be right with youā just them doing their own thing. Drive thru wasnāt busy, inside wasnāt busy, no one was in a rush. Waiting about 5 minutes in front of register. Finally I just had to walk outā¦ Starbucks is across the street, just go there to begin with!

I really do like their iced Matcha with the different flavors you can add, but the last three times I have gone there was so much ice in the first 2 cups that I could barely push my straw through and I was able to finish my drink almost right after leaving the parking lotā¦ so the third time I went, I asked them for light ice, and there was an inch or more of empty space in the top of the cup, and I asked them to at least fill it to the top since I paid for the large drink and all they did was add a scoop of iceā¦ so I called and asked for the manager and the district manager Jesse there said that with Dunkinās policy the latte, iced or hot, come within a certain predetermined amount and they cannot add to it. So that is why they fill the cup with ice first and then they pour the drink in after, they arenāt allowed to fill the cup with the correct amount of liquid that you pay for. She tried to make it better, I will agree, and was very nice but Iām not going to waste anymore money or time there. I will just continue to go to Starbucks instead. They at least fill my cup all the way, or majority of the way with drink and a little bit of ice so that way you get what you actually pay for.
It was a great experience. Jessica and the team took great care of me. Everyone was very friendly and got my drinks and bagels out quick. Will definitely be back.

No matter what instructions you give at this location, they will always put too much cream in your coffee... reading comprehension and paying attention to details are some things that are obviously lacking. Blank stares and confusion is what you'll get if you say anything to them. It's not worth it.
