Just no!! Upsetting lack of customer service just very dry. Sloppy and not put together very well. The lady at the window serving the food nails were filthy. Sandwich was inside out and burnt bacon and cheese was on the outside of the bread. Carelessly put together. Hash browns burnt and cold … hot coffee at room temperature. Worst Dunkin’ hands down

Love this location! I never wait long to get my order and the ladies at the window are always so sweet. Dunkin as a whole needs to step up the food game. Sometimes the bacon tastes soggy and the hashbrowns have a weird taste. Coffee is always on point.

So, I do uber, normally I don't go thru drive thru, but today I did. I even tried to place an order, I was told there were signs and that it tells me not to go thru drive thru. Even if I placed an order I had to come in. I have knee issues and today was a bad one. So, it turns out the order wasn't even ready. Also, this was the 2nd location I picked from today, 1st one, I didn't have to come in Crazy. They also found it funny to make me come inside, even if a bad leg.
I got loaded hash-browns today and a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel the loaded hash-browns were mushy gross and undercooked and i know its not right because i have worked at a different dunkin for 3 and half years and no there no supposed to be like that and i also got food poisoning after do not here. The employees need to all re trained. I live by the cooperate office in Massachusetts for dunkin and know people in corporate who i can report this to. Worst dunkin in the USA

The service needs some attention asap!! 1st order I came inside, waited for 5 minutes. The cashier said sorry and took 2 more drivethru ordered after acknowledging I was there for a while..there were 2 other workers there one making the drinks and another just standing. 2nd I made a delivery order(Uber eats) and called to make sure I ordered correctly, they took my name and said everything was correct. For some reason it does not allow you to add cold foam, she said she’d add it..everything was wrong in my order including my food. 3rd I made another delivery order (door dash) this store location cancelled my order for no reason. Door dash issues a refund.
