If I could give this place zero stars I would. When we walked in, we were greeted, which was nice however, when I started asking questions to another worker, this manager with her passive aggressive smile, asked me what she could help me with. I asked if they had a chocolate frosted donuts she said it would be about an hour. We proceeded to go to the kiosk and order our coffee and our drinks as I was ordering my iced coffee I put that I wanted for creamers and four liquid sweeteners in it. My daughter-in-law was standing next to me. She asked why I was doing liquid sweetener, and I explained that it incorporated into the coffee better. I got my iced coffee. I took a sip out of it and noticed there was no sweetener in it. I looked at the sticker. It did not show that there was any sweetener that I ordered so I asked them if they could add sweetener again talking to a different worker the passive aggressive, smiling manager came up and said since you took a sip out of it I can’t add sweetener to it, but I can make you a new one I guess in a condescending tone. I told her I would just go home and put sweetener in it when we got our donuts she slapped the sticker on the box and said, and here’s a copy of your receipt notice you didn’t put sweetener on it. We walked out of the store and realized that she had put the wrong munchkins in our order. My son went back inside because I was too angry to go back in to let them know that she messed up our order he offered to give back the old munchkins or throw them away as he works in the food industry. She again treated him in her condescending manner and her passive aggressive smile, acting like she was better than everybody else And gave As the munchkins and then realized she shorted us and gave us a couple more. The other staff were super friendly and nice, but whoever this manager is needs to be talked to because she was absolutely rude. She could’ve put four pumps of sweetener in a separate glass and I would’ve put it in my coffee with no problem but no, she wasn’t interested in having customer service. She was interested in proving herself right I will never go back there. I will go to the one on Gibson from now on because they actually know what they’re doing and they’re actually professional and courteous.

I ordered a black iced tea and pumpkin and blueberry donut holes. The iced tea was the worst I've ever tasted. It was like dirty dishwater. I couldn't even drink it. The donut holes were good.

The employees here need to be trained for customer service skills. Very unprofessional to be standing in front of you and not been looked at nor being greeted. That's for the younger folks working here.

They don't sell any kind of old fashioned buttermilk Donut.

They don't take cash.

My one turkey sandwich took 10 minutes with one person in front of me.

It is very clean though.

I don’t know how other people feel, but this Dunkin’ has to be one of the freakin’ cleanest locations I’ve ever been to. Matt and his super kind staff make it convenient and friendly every time I check out or have questions or stare at the menu aimlessly. If I could give more than 5 starts for service and cleanliness I would 100%. Thank you all for a wonderful start to my days.

I always get iced cafe americano and a breakfast sandwich. They have the meal with hashbrowns for $6. You cant even get the drink for that amount at other coffee shops

We really like this Dunkin because it’s convenient to my pup’s daycare, has great service, drive-thru, very clean, and food is delicious. They have both a traditional food menu and Kosher (Vegetarian), so it’s important to verify which type of meat or meatless sandwich you’re looking for. We usually go for the regular meat, but my husband has tried Kosher too and said it was good. The bread they use is exceptionally fresh and my croissant is always flaky and baked perfectly. Coffees taste great also. Friendly and fast service, especially when we are on the go! Highly recommend!!

Embarrassingly bad. The app set up doesn't match the large kiosk to order. Talking on the phone to get the order. 4 workers walked around and not taking my order. The kiosk took longer than it should. As I waited, the next person that came in they recognized and immediately took her order. The next guy, took his order. They were missing a lot of brand standard doughnut flavors. Customer service was a mystery here. Never returning to this location.

Wow! Just can't believe how poorly run this store is. The other franchises have great service, but this one was newer and wanted to try it out since it's closer to my house. I buy weekly for the office and never got good service, but though it was startup issues. Nope. Today it took 20 minutes to get my paid-for for order. Posting this review was after trying to ask why it takes so long. The manager said nothing and handed me the wrong order. Just left, handing the wrong combination to a kid outside who couldn't believe he good fortune and went to a competitor and presto - perfect order - cheaper

Been coming here for two months every Friday. The service is really slow I mean slow. The manager has an awful attitude. I waited so long this last time I asked for a refund. The time it took the manger to tell me how she can’t find help, always short handed and refund my card. She could have gotten my two dozen doughnuts. Nope she wanted to lecture me instead.
