It’s VERY frustrating when you pay extra for pepper bacon on a sandwich and hash browns and you receive neither with your order. I dont have time to come back around and wait in line to point out the mistake and then wait for another order. PLEASE take a moment and confirm the order is correct before handing it to the customer, thank you

Service is terrible and the screens to order your meal don’t work properly. The donuts are always stale and the coffee is burnt which makes it super bitter. This is why Starbucks dominates the market.

Will not come here again. Their systems need to be updated to what's in stock and what is not. When I was told a donut wasn't in stock I asked for an alternative donut I originally wanted but couldn't locate on their self-service POS. She told me it's in a different section than the rest and literally charged me .54 instead of just allowing me to have the donut and wouldn't take cash. Terrible service.

today I had an absolutely terrible experience here. Not only did they mess up a simple drive through order that I had to drive back to get fixed but the employee at the drive through was rude and bothered by the mistake they made!! this is the worst kind of service you can give! no apology, no sorry here's the next one on us!! nothing!! I've been coming here for 10 years because my kid loves the food!! we will never ever again go to this place to eat!!! never!! it takes 1 terrible employee to mess up a business! as a local business owner I know how hard it is to build a good reputation and I know how easy it is to ruin years of hard work. Be better dunkin. I hope management cares enough to do something moving forward. If this happened in my business I would fire the employee on the spot!!

This Dunkin donuts location in Henderson is a great place to grab a cup of coffee and a sandwich. The store was clean and organized. I also appreciate they have a order yourself digital kiosk as well as pre-order pickup.

To be honest corporate should do a total overhaul of their employees at this location. They are extremely unprofessional and they seem to be working under pressure all the time even with 10 employees behind the counter. They don’t promote the deals they and they mess up the order as best they can. I wasn’t expecting Michelin Star service but damn at least common courtesy.

I went there at noon and the girl at the window tells me that they only have two Donuts left so we asked what happened and they said they had a lot of donuts this morning but they don't usually make them after they run out... So Dunkin' Donuts had no Donuts... not the first time... staff is very rude like they have done "silent quitting"... the manager is no better... we asked bagels and they said they only had playing and some other kind that I didn't recognize... we asked about croissants and they said they didn't have any left... I hope the owner is able to see this because the service is terrible the food is not that great and when they do have it they don't have any choice... don't waste your time unless you are a kind of a whatever person...
