We always go to pink box and the customer service is usually pretty good there. But this morning my son wanted to try something different. We walked in and there wasn't any sort of greeting or acknowledgement. I didn't know I had to use the kiosk. I was standing there for a few minutes and even had employees looking at me. I then realized I had to use the kiosk. Not a big issue but noticed the menu was a bit different from what was displayed so I canceled and went back to the counter. I stood there for another few minutes. There were two women with collard shirts. One blue and one black I am assuming management. There were about 2-3 other workers in black dunkin t-shirts. They looked at me and didn't even say not one word. All the employees heard me when I kept saying excuse me because they looked at me. It wasn't until one employee named Paula help me. I asked about the kiosk and she said actually I can help you here and ring you up. She was so sweet and models what the face of dunkin should be. I hope she gets a raise or atleast credit for how she turned the situation around because I was ready to walk out. The management and employees aside from Paula are horrible. I am a manager in a big retail company and would be disgusted if my employees modeled this kind of behavior to our customers.

Very irritated this morning. First of all, they wouldn’t take cash, which makes no sense because cash is legal tender, so if you want to use cash you have to put it on a gift card. Against my better judgment I did it, and I wish I hadn’t because the iced coffee with cream and sugar that I ordered was terrible. They didn’t put enough sugar or mix it properly and the coffee tasted like it was burnt. The girl at the window was sweet and patient though.

This is the only Dunkin Donuts I’ll go to in town. The food, service and speed are unbeatable and I don’t even really like Dunkin, I just love this store’s drive-thru that much.

I guess this is what passes for a $6 large now?? It's about 12oz - maybe. So glad I paid all this money, got to work and you expect me to bring it and come back to your store to prove you didn't do your jobs. I won't be back.

We’ve been coming to the Gibson location for over four years now, and it’s always been a reliable favorite—great drinks, friendly service, and a consistent experience. However, about six months ago, we noticed a decline in drink quality and drive-thru service, especially from some of the newer, younger associates.

After an unpleasant experience over a week ago, I reached out to customer support. The manager, Lisa, followed up personally, and her response was everything I value in service—professional, attentive, and genuinely accommodating. Her leadership and care reminded me why we’ve stayed loyal all these years.

I’m writing this to express my appreciation—not just for the many great visits we’ve had, but also for the way Lisa and her team handled my concerns with grace and professionalism. Thank you for valuing your customers and showing that great service still matters. I still love Dunkin’ and will continue coming to this location because I know the heart of the team is strong.

I love the latte with pumpkin spice flavor added. I need the skim milk/nonfat but I got whole milk or cream. Plus it was so bitter/burnt coffee taste could not tell if there was pumpkin flavor added. My husband tasted it and said it was terrible -bitter flavor and it was not skim milk. I am unable to drink it and want a refund. Customer service is horrible at this location on Gibson. Manager is just as rude as staff.

experience was not the greatest nor was the customer service . only person that had great customer service was a young lady with braces but the other people i interacted were just not it . the manager i’m assuming wearing blue charged my boyfriend and I for water when we already spent $25 on food there so i thought that was ridiculous to charge a paying customer for a water cup . then this old lady with glasses started mopping the lobby trapping my boyfriend and I and had an attitude when we got up to get our food . and as I was waiting she mopped my foot ! there’s no excuse for that and it seemed as if she was being passive agressive for us being there , i wanted to go off on her but i simply left but i definitely will not be coming back and they need to hire better employees

I got a sandwich with the meal deal and the chipotle sauce was really lacking, but when i asked for some sauce on the side she simply remade the sandwich with double bacon and egg, and more sauce! it’s bussin!

The staff is very rude. I placed my drinks on one table and went to take more napkins and one employee took our drinks and put it away on other table and sat herself at our table. Young afroamerican lady. Needless to say I was disappointed and ruined my child and my day. I did asked her why she TOUCHED our drinks. She ignored me. Shame on you manager to hire disrespectful team members.

Horrible customer service , the lady that works there messed up my order twice then wanna laugh when I ask her to put whip cream on my drink , if she don’t like her job why work there , they told me there was no chocolate donut when I walked in there was plenty worse dunking in Vegas

I went through the drive-thru and requested no ice in my blueberry Breeze Refresher, and the lady went on to tell me while it's against Dunkin' Donuts policy to not put ice in your mics but I don't want any ice either you can get light or you get ice and I was like okay well can you just put a couple of pieces in the drink because I have to drive a long way in order for me to get to where I'm going and I don't want to mess up my drink and the person who was taking my order went on to say unfortunately ma'am it's against Dunkin Donuts policy but also if a person I've been to several Dunkin Donuts in Las Vegas in Henderson and they never made me take is if I didn't want it they would just help me while the well it won't be a full cup and I'm like I'm okay with that because I already know I'm paying for it so I refuse to go back to this particular Dunkin' Donuts because all the other Dunkin Donuts don't sit up there and hit me with the policy and make it seem like it's a humongous deal and then they burned my croissant sandwich

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. Upon entering, there was no greeting from the employees, and there was little to no interaction among the staff. I was unaware that orders had to be placed at a kiosk and had to figure it out on my own. I also noticed an elderly couple standing and waiting for assistance, clearly not realizing they needed to order through the kiosk. Unfortunately, no employee approached them to explain the process or offer help. This lack of communication and customer service creates a very unwelcoming atmosphere.

My drink took about 10 mins and it was so disgusting. I always get the same 3 drinks and my son even tasted my drink and he thought it was gross and tasted spoiled. I didn't drink it
