No seating indoors at this one
Idiot workers who are completely useless and can’t make a basic coffee or fix it. Went inside even and they don’t even have a counter so I had to go through the drive through again. I waited in the lobby for awhile so it makes it seem like they were intentionally avoiding helping a customer.
Servings are quite small.

No counter to see what they have. I had to order and pay at a kiosk. THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY OF THE DOUGHTNUTS I JUST PAID FOR. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

this Dunkin’ Donuts and a few others in the area are a really good example of what happens when you hire people that unfortunately lack basic critical thinking skills and common sense. my husband’s family goes to dunkin pretty much every day and they’re visiting from the east coast, so that means now we have to go daily.
today my husband ordered 2 coffees and his mango pineapple refresher. they had 3 coffees on screen, he said no there’s actually only 2 coffees, and the girl took off a coffee AND his refresher and said literally “I thought you said there were only 2 coffees….” Yes, but what’s that got to do with the mango pineapple? And on top of it all, the person added green tea to the refresher when he doesn’t even order that! It was still wrong today, lol. But he got so annoyed and the girl seemed really overwhelmed so he just drank it. If this was something that didn’t happen regularly you could say it’s just an honest, silly mistake. It’s okay if it happens once in a while, not a big deal. However, his own drink has been wrong at least 3-4 times in the past week and sometimes he doesn’t have the chance to drink right away in the drive thru because he’s in a rush. But with the prices of everything going up and the fact that these drinks are a small luxury in anyone’s day, the least they could do is be a little more consistent.
Dunkin claims to have state of the art training systems, but it doesn’t appear to be effective. I guess this is what happens when you pay low wages across the board, don’t give people the proper hands on training they obviously need, and don’t really care about competency. It’s concerning how all Dunkin’s in this area are ALWAYS hiring and it reflects really poorly on the management and franchise owners that there are so many Dunkin’s that run so smoothly on every corner on the east coast, yet they haven’t figured out how to master a handful of stores in Henderson.
Just walked in there's a security wall, you cant see anything, there's a single panel for digital ordering, and no one helps you. This gives a very cold and unwelcoming. Oh, And no seating or anything. Avoid.

This location is only a pick up window. You cannot actually see any Donuts to order. Kiosk for blind ordering only. Don't go to this location. Slow and rude behind the window workers also.

Wanted a break from work and came here. Sadly, there's no seating inside; it's just a mostly empty room with a single touch-screen kiosk to place your order and a window from which to pick it up. The girl working the window was very nice and helpful. My chocolate creme donut was amazing, and the black coffee was very fresh. Ate in my car; would've loved to have been able to sit at the place.

Went there to buy a couple of donuts and my granddaughter one of their Christmas drinks but to my surprise, a horrible business practice, they don't take cash! That's right cold hard cash they do not take. Greenbacks no, plastic or app only. Never heard of such a thing guess I won't be going to Dunkin donuts anymore since Dunkins decided not to take US currency.

Kiosk inside didn't work, phone app didn't work and when I asked the employee the only solution was the drive thru. Horrible set up.

The people who work here are very kind and accommodating. I am not a huge fan of the donuts, but the breakfast sandwiches can be pretty good. My favorite barista is Katelynn!! She makes an excellent drink, and her customer service is amazing. It always makes my day when I get to see her face!!

I don’t appreciate paying $31 for a dozen assorted donuts and 4 muffins that are all stale. My biggest mistake was doing the drive through and asking for a dozen assorted FAVORITES and not asking for specific donuts. Trust me, these are the not favorite donuts but rather the rejects. Only 1 glazed? Check the picture. No one would consider these favorites. I’ll go to Krispy Kreme next time.

This new kiosk system is terrible. They are always out of most donuts but they don't update the kioak so you don't know what they're out of until after you've paid. The service is extremely slow. They don't take cash. Parking is also limited.
