Needs a better system. every time i go through this line it’s about 25-30 minutes and its not a very long line. they have drinks sitting on the counter ready to go but have some cars sitting at the window for minutes.

The staff here are always warm, friendly, and knowledgeable! Every time I pull up, I’m greeted like a friend. If you don’t know what to order, it seems like any barista can recommend something based on your taste, or, if you don’t know what you’re into, I’ve never had a bad drink when ordering a barista’s own personal favorite. Even when the line is wrapped around the block, the wait never feels long, and I never have to worry about whether or not my order is correct. They just get it right!

Surprisingly, I was the second car in line. An employee took the driver's order, however, the employee continued to talk to the driver over 5 mins. There was only one passenger in the car. I walked to the window asking if I could get my drinks and the employee had a smirk on her face. I respect customer service however this long wait caused the drive-thru to fill up quickly. Learn to do less talking and get those drinks to waiting customers.
Every single time we come to this location on Stephanie it’s over a 15-20 minute wait in the hot sun. The people who work here talk way too much and their focus isn’t getting customers in and out when clearly it is super busy. We just left this location with one car ahead of us. We waited in line for over 10 minutes over one car with 2 people in it. When we finally left it was 15 cars in line waiting. Please fire all of the younger individuals at this location and bring in mature workers that know what they’re doing. It’s pathetic at this point
