In my opinion, Dutch Bros isn't as good as the coffee Bean & tea leaf; but it will do since it's on my way to work. The lines are outrageous and sometimes I have to skip my coffee because I can't sit for 20 minutes in a drive thru. I appreciate that they have sugar-free options but they should have keto options. Almost $10 for a blended coffee is also a little outrageous.

This place is usually my favorite location, but I put an order in 10 minutes before I even got there knowing there was going to be a wait and still had to wait 10 minutes to get my coffee and it wasn't made right. And when I kept trying to get someone's attention to tell them my drink was sitting right by the window no one would answer me and kept walking away. I couldn't even get someone to just cancel the order and give me a refund so I was 15 minutes late for work after finally getting my drink.

If you don’t have the personnel to handle two lines close one line and concentrate on giving quality time deliveries of orders your overwhelming your staff that is understaffed and it should not take 30 minutes to get one cup of coffee. Unacceptable.

I understand it's difficult for the two people taking orders to maintain the order that cars come in 100% of the time, but if you're going to have a business set up primarily for drive thru, at least come up with a way to assist your employees in keeping track on a hot day so that your customer who arrived 2 minutes before others can get their order taken at the proper time and not 5 minutes AFTER the two cars that arrived.

Unimpressed. I spent 15 minutes sitting in the drive thru after paying for my order and they automatically assumed it was iced without asking me. They seem more interested in a hearing caddle business model then a customer service oriented approach.
