In my opinion, Dutch Bros isn't as good as the coffee Bean & tea leaf; but it will do since it's on my way to work. The lines are outrageous and sometimes I have to skip my coffee because I can't sit for 20 minutes in a drive thru. I appreciate that they have sugar-free options but they should have keto options. Almost $10 for a blended coffee is also a little outrageous.
This place is usually my favorite location, but I put an order in 10 minutes before I even got there knowing there was going to be a wait and still had to wait 10 minutes to get my coffee and it wasn't made right. And when I kept trying to get someone's attention to tell them my drink was sitting right by the window no one would answer me and kept walking away. I couldn't even get someone to just cancel the order and give me a refund so I was 15 minutes late for...
I understand it's difficult for the two people taking orders to maintain the order that cars come in 100% of the time, but if you're going to have a business set up primarily for drive thru, at least come up with a way to assist your employees in keeping track on a hot day so that your customer who arrived 2 minutes before others can get their order taken at the proper time and not 5 minutes AFTER the two cars that arrived.
