Every visit is the same: the music is excessively loud, and despite consistently ordering a “kicker,” it is never made correctly. Today I was told this was due to new hires, but customers should not receive incorrect orders because staff are not properly trained. A medium coffee costs $6, and accuracy should be expected.

Additionally, the drive-through wait time is consistently 20–30 minutes, even with only 5–10 cars in line. This level of service is frustrating and unreasonable.

30 minutes in a drive-thru for some coffee is ridiculous, especially when my order was taken in advance. One of my drinks still wasn't ready when I got to the window and the servers didn't apologize for the wait.

I understand how busy this location gets, but quality should still matter! I received a straw that wasn’t even the right size for my large drink, and the drink itself was completely under-flavored — such a disappointment and a waste of money. I even left a generous tip in the spirit of Halloween! I usually love Dutch Bros, but lately, it seems like they just can’t keep up with the volume and consistency.

I Love this location with the new manger Jacob and his assistant manger Emily they are making this place run smoother have notice less wait times and they remember their customers and their animals. I have followed these two individuals from Stephanie to Fiesta and what a team they make. I realize with the cadence store opening they have to start all over and train new team members but what a place to visit and quench your thirst. Keep up the great work you two.🐶🐾🇺🇸🙏

Staff is incredible and so is the coffee. Loved the ambiance and vibe of the place will definitely keep this as my go to coffee spot. Emily took our order and was wonderful even though it was our first time there and was super helpful. 10/10 would recommend

This is such a great Dutch location, my favorite in fact! Service is always wonderful and the management team of Jacob and Emily is top notch! They love what they do and it shows! Plus the drinks are always made to perfection!

It's not the workers fault that the kibes are long, people love their Dutch Bros and it's worth the wait.
Pro tip for those that hate long lines, you can order on the app and just walk up to the windows at the expected time.

This location (Lake Mead)gives Dutch Bros a bad name. Most employees are rude and have terrible attitudes constantly get your drink order incorrect and when you ask to have your drink remade, they give you more attitude. Cars being skipped, unorganized. I have never been to a more terrible Dutch Bros. It’s more of a circus. The music played can be highly inappropriate and very loud. I gave this place a few tries and it’s all the same experience. I recommend going to another location honestly.

30 minutes to get a medium hot chocolate!
This location is usually slow, but it is getting worse, this is the 2nd time this month I was late due to stopping here.

Today I had 5 people in front of me in the drive thru and it took 20 minutes to get our 1 drink. My son took a drink and it was coffee not hot chocolate. I took it to the walk up window and waited another 10 minutes to get the right drink.

I asked to speak to a manager and I was told they didn’t have a manager there at the moment. Don’t come here if you are in a hurry!
