Dutch Bros never misses 💙 This morning I accidentally flipped my lid on my cup (100% my clumsy fault 😭) and went back fully ready to buy a whole new drink. They literally took care of it for me without hesitation. Stuff like that really means more than they probably realize.

I ordered a large double torture Mocha smoothie and they keep not adding any chocolate to my drink only vanilla flavoring . Please answer my question what are the 2 main ingredients in a Mocha flavored drink. Coffee and chocolate. It can't be this hard to make a drink. And I thought a large double torture Mocha has 6 shots of espresso in it. I can't taste any coffee in this drink.

Ordered an iced golden eagle and sparkling water with sugar free raspberry and white chocolate. Both drinks were amazing as always! Great location, fantastic drinks and amazing staff! This is now my 2nd favorite location behind 251 Stephanie St. Other great drinks are the flapjack, tuxedo, and unicorn blood rebel.

Was waiting in line then another car pulls in and I see the worker walking up to the car who had just pulled in. I rolled my window down and told him I was here first and all he said was yup and kept walking to take the other persons order first. How does the make sense ?? Terrible customer service. DO BETTER.
