Satisfactory in general..the only not nice this time of our visit was the waitress serving us. She seems to be a new employee and still lacks experience. But the food was great

Whole experience was great from start to finish. Everyone was very nice, the waitress explained the dishes and cuts.

great food great server and service. it was my girlfriends bday and they accommodated us with a booth to ourselves and a glass of port to go with desert that was delicious. the new york strip was very good!

We had a fantastic dinner. Service was outstanding, our server was outstanding, and the food was outstanding. We had a wonderful experience and we will be back again.

Shout out to Laura & Zac for giving exceptional service! Steaks were perfectly cooked! Try all the sauces especially the whipped wasabi. Thank he grilled Octopus appetizer was underwhelming though. Overall a great experience.

This was a business dinner for 6. Price was as expected. We were able to enjoy each other's company in a relaxed environment, comfortably discuss things relevant to work, without being self-conscious about laughing. A place I will visit again.

Wonderful service from Austin & Adam!! My husband enjoyed his NY strip while I indulged the filet. It was a delicious dinner for romantic birthday celebration!

We will send friends when they visit Vegas. Fantastic food and made even better by wonderful and attentive service. The filet steak over white oak was perfect.

Love it here. Except the fact that it's always freezing there (we dress for it), the food is great and even if you are not a meat eater, there are tons of small plates to choose from. Highly recommend it.

We met two other couples here for a nice dinner. We were expecting top notch steaks and service. Unfortunately, our service kind of dwindled once the food was served. We had two items that were very over cooked and couldn't get a server's attention to address. The other food items were pretty good but didn't blow our minds. It's very loud and difficult to converse across a table. You really only can visit with the people just next to you. I would try again, and hope for better next time.

Upon arrival the customer service was immaculate! We were greeted by every member of staff. The food was extraordinary. The waygu filet was tender and delicious. The fried olives as an appetizer were very good. Overall experience was 5 stars!

We had an incredible experience at Echo & Rig.... Steaks were cooked to perfection, and many thanks to the manager, Austin, for making our celebratory family dinner so special. We will return frequently!

Extremely friendly, and knowledgeable staff. The cocktails were amazing, and the food was phenomenal. My wife really enjoyed her birthday dinner, and we are very thankful to Echo & Rig for an amazing experience.
