The Echo & Rig steakhouse in Henderson is a great experience, blending excellent food and exemplary service. I can’t believe the prices are so affordable compared to other steakhouses in Las Vegas. The bartenders, Atashia and Brad, serve great drinks. The food service is surprisingly fast. Don’t miss out on the sweet fire cauliflower or pork belly burnt ends!

We were very much looking forward to our visit and excited about the menu. Sadly our experience did not live up to our expectations in any way shape or form. Staff were ok, not overly friendly or attentive. We ate at 3 ish and asked to sit outside as the restaurant was very echoy and we felt we'd struggle to hear each other. Outside seating was uncomfortable and super windy. There are options for them to install decorative wind breaks which would help plus it would stop the food from going cold. The food was a real disappointment. Filet steak asked for as medium rare arrive as requested but was chewy and tasteless. The mash, fries and mac n cheese were tasty. We ordered beer which came in dirty glasses and root beer that was 50% ice, all just plonked unceremoniously on the table. To be honest we were glad to leave. Won't return and wouldn't recommend

While we waited for our hostess to check on our table, Laura saw us standing by the front and came by to ask if we were being helped. It was the small gesture that made Laura stand out from everyone else. From the moment we were seated, Laura went above and beyond to ensure we had an exceptional dining experience. Her friendly demeanor and genuine enthusiasm made us feel welcome and valued.Laura was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, providing excellent recommendations for the steak and sides. The F-1 Wagyu Filet Mignon was cooked to perfection and my favorite sides were the Portobello Fries and Heirloom Baby Carrots. We never had to ask for anything and Laura anticipated our needs and made sure we were well taken care of. Really really awesome experience, went for my birthday had a couple cocktails at the bar with a friend. The bartender was really nice and the drinks were very unique and good. Sat down and had the wagyu zabuton, the wagyu skirt, lobster cigars, and the asparagus prosciutto. Everything was cooked perfectly, couldn’t have asked for a better birthday meal. Thank you

I am reluctantly writing this as this is a very well kept secret, no crowds, great atmosphere, incredible people, and always an out of this world experience. Candace is an incredible manager and Laura is the most incredible server in all of Las Vegas. This is my favorite place in Las Vegas even though it is technically Henderson.
My husband and I went to celebrate my 52 birthday ? and we had a great experience from started to the end..The 3 beautiful hostess were so nice and welcoming.Huge thank you to Stephanie (from Puebla) outstanding customer service ?Food was great tooAlso we will like to Thank the managers tonight..sorry I can't remember names but we can't forget One specifically he has the Aloha service sweet and funny gentlemen from Hawaii..Henderson location beats Tivoli location in a big way ?Thanks again

Great spot for a business dinner, bright inside but still pretty intimate if you are sitting at a booth. It was very lively on a Monday night, but service was quick. The filet mignon was nice a juicy and cocktails were on point. Happy to have this added to my list of my new go-to’s.

I really like this place. The appetizer that I chose is a hit and miss. I didn’t think care for the portobello fries this time around but they are generally worth trying.The stuff and atmosphere is really the best part of the experience. Things can get busy sometimes, but they are responsive and engaging. I enjoy the noise level, not being too high because you could actually hear people speaking with you. I chose to sit up the bar and write a bit by myself.
