Our waiter was great. Other than that this place is terrible. Really expensive and not good food. The pancakes were horrible,gummy and undercooked. The breakfast sausage had zero flavor. Fries were good but not crispy. Hamburger was just ok had alot of grissle and fat. Super long wait to get served and get our food. Loud and uncomfortable. Will not be back

Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, with more staff than customers, I had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated.
I ordered the skillet, but it was dry and lacking in flavor. Overall, it was disappointing, and I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

We really like this place, the food and service were good, but we were seated at a table with a tv directly over our table, which ran politics our entire breakfast. It was difficult to avoid. I am unsure of the benefit of a television over our table at Eggs Works as it's not a sports bar. It is also getting frustrating that there is no escape from politics.

A party of 3 this morning. The fresh veggies omelet wasn't quite cooked. Some of the veggies were still cold. The waitress handled it. It seems there has been a drop-off on food prep or cooking.

They charge 3% extra on a debit card! That is fine on a credit card to make up for the Visa, Mastercard etc. that they pay. But it is absolutely illegal to charge 3% extra on a debit card! 7 stores that they have, charging 3% on their debt card transactions, is not only illegal but simple theft!

This place is insanely overpriced. 20 dollars plus for an omelette. This place used to a good value but greed has caught up to them. Go elsewhere

Placed a take out order and took 35 minutes and everyone in restaurant that came in after got served food. Just bad service and kitchen must not have a proper system to track orders.
I ordered the biscuits and gravy. The gravy was minimal and I had to order more. You get over charged for everything! It was good enough, but I wouldn’t order it again.

Waited almost 15 before turning the egg indicating we would like some water while we waited understanding its busy… after 30 minutes without a single person coming to say hello or offering coffee or water. Just got up to leave. Will not be back to this location. I’m sorry.

Vegetarian options: Imagine smelling sewage so bad while you're waiting to have breakfast with your family. If you know you have that problem don't sit people and make them ask to be moved. Food was good, service was ok, but a horrible stench is completely unacceptable. Gross and breakfast don't mix well.
