The person who took order was unbelievable rude
She took order and got paid . She forget about my order even store was almost empty. She came to give me my order with attitude and every time I told her name of the bagel she pretended att she doesn’t understand me in the end she was gone ask second time to get paid. I show her the receipt and stood wondering what is she doing 🧐
Anyway won’t go back to this store anymore

Poor service, slow, rude.

Bagels are fine but this location is filthy. It seems no one has cleaned for multiple days. The counter glass was full of smudging and crumbs, the touch pad for paying was crusty and dirty, and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting.

I uber eats bagels from this place and the last 5 times in a row wrong or missing items. Also left the business a message and never heard back. There won't be a 6th time.

They are rude from the time you walk in to the time you leave. On line order was not ready ok but when I asked they were so rude and the way they have attitude is ridiculous. I will not go back again. I try three different time's all we're a bad experience.

Who doesn't like bagels?

I had the worst experience at this bagel spot today. I went in around 11 am on a Sunday, expecting the usual rush to be handled, but they had zero ingredients to make the bagels. How does that even happen? The staff was completely unprepared, and the management clearly had no idea how to handle the situation. It was chaotic, disorganized, and there was no communication about what was going on—just a lot of scrambling behind the counter.

To make matters worse, the place was filthy. The workers didn't seem to care about hygiene at all—long hair and beards hanging loose with no nets or coverings, which is absolutely disgusting, especially with food being handled. It was really off-putting.

When I asked about the lack of ingredients, they just shrugged it off and refused to offer any kind of acknowledgment or compensation for the horrible service. No apology, no discount. It's clear this place doesn’t value its customers or take pride in its operation. I would highly recommend avoiding it altogether.

First time I have been in a food service place that runs out of NAPKINS ….LOL

I've been at different locations of Einsteen's as I love Bagels and they were all good. First time to this location, It was horrible. Shaming customers, forcing for tips, looking at them with this weird expressions very specially the lady cashier. Talking with rude tone even to children jeez this is lowest of all..Manager or any supervisor needs to step in quickly or else this branch will go downhill in no time...Pls try to be kind. Food with love goes longer way.

This place is always busy and I can't thank them enough for their hard work. I do deliveries here so I come here almost daily and in comparison to other places I deliver for this location is GREAT!!! I watch the staff deal with a lot of rude customers and they do it so well. I would give them more stars if I could.
