Came in ordered. Gentleman who took my order was very polite but then after seeing 10 different groups get their sandwiches I thought they forgot about my pizza bagel. 20 minutes later a family comes in orders a pizza bagel and then I see the workers put my pizza bagel order in finally with theirs. I know Einsteins is never quick but to have waited so long for my order to be placed with another 20 minutes later is frustrating. NEVER coming back to this location.

The people behind the counter appear miserable and don't seem like they actually want to be here. Asked for an ice latte which they don't have on the menu. The guy behind us then ordered a coffee with ice and put milk in it. That's an iced latte...

I had placed a order online through the website to be ready for pick up between 645 and 6:50 AM. When I got there at 7 AM the food had still not been made finally 10 after seven they asked me if I was waiting on an order. I said yes an online order gave them my name by the time it was done it was 7:15 AM. I do not recommend coming here if you are on a time schedule in the morning as they are never on time at this location, I’ve had multiple instances where it’s taken half an hour to get bagels from here very simple orders, plain bagel, plain cream cheese. The bagel was for my daughter. She took a bite and said something doesn’t taste right, so I tried the cream cheese and sure enough it was spoiled and tasted rotten. I then had to stop somewhere else and get her food this morning, which made her late to school and myself late to work as I was trying to treat her to something special on her last day of school for breakfast than their normal breakfast at home.
Honestly, for the price and the quality of the bagels, I feel that Einstein is overrated. I’m not want to leave negative reviews, but I’ve given this location multiple opportunities and they mess it up every single time unfortunately.

Maybe it was rush hour, long line waiting in front of register to order. Store supervisor/manager telling at her employee in front of all the clienteles is not a sign of happy workers, so I suspect how the food will come out. Left immediately and not planning to come back anytime soon.

Jalapeño and cheddar “bagel” was not a bagel. Thinnest layer of cream cheese. Didn’t cut the “bagel” bread in half either??? Guy at cash reminded us that there was a “question” so he could get a tip for entering a simple order. Will McDonald’s be next for tipping? Will never waste my money here again.

Had a not so great experience recently, but Einsteins made it much better. Thank you so much for your help!

Came here to get bagels for the office and they don't have onion or garlic bagels at this location plus when I asked them to cut & toast them she said they Don't do that at this location.
We don't have knives or a toaster in our office.
I will not go back.. bad service.

We walked into Einstein Bros., hoping to grab a quick bite, but the experience was frustrating. There was only one person ahead of us, yet we couldn’t even place an order. The staff seemed disorganized and a bit lost, so we ended up leaving. It's a shame because their sandwiches are usually pretty good. Definitely not the smooth experience we were hoping for.

First time here, made a quick stop to get something quick to eat. We got the pizza bagle and the maple bagle, got double egg for maple bagle and it was delicious.

When 12 bagels cost you all of the hundreds in your wallet it isn't a great experience. Dropped my wallet in the restaurant or the parking lot. A good Samaritan turned in the wallet, but all that was left when I came to collect was three dollars and my sports betting slips. The entire stack of hundreds removed from my wallet. This leaves me to question whether the staff here took my money as it seems highly unlikely that the Good Samaritan emptied the wallet and then bothered to turn it in. Be careful. Thank you good Samaritan for trying to help.
