We had a 5-star experience at this location yesterday. My cousin and I stopped in for some bagels to go. The flavor she wanted wasn't available at that moment, so they made some fresh for her. It was very sweet of the staff to do that.I decided that I needed coffee so that was next on the list. Erika went out of her way to brew fresh coffee for me. I really appreciated that extra step. Not every place treats you like that.The bagels were delicious. As a longtime Einstein's customer, I know I'll return to this location. Thanks again, Erika, Bre, and Ashley!Parking: Big parking lot at this shopping area on St. Rose Parkway.

I had a really great experience during my trip to Einstein Bros Bagels today. The cashier was so very helpful in guiding me through the app and my rewards. She was beyond graceful when I couldn't figure it out! I got a plain bagel with plain cream cheese and a black coffee with a bit of cream. Came out super quick for me (I feel this could obviously vary by time in the day and order) and tasted as you would expect (delicious). Will for sure be coming back for another bagel craving in the future.

Sunday 11:30am watched worker drop a knife on floor, pick it up and put back on counter. Then grab a trash can, discard scraps and use a spatula to mash down the trash....and return the spatula to the counter. We said something to the manager.

Overall: 4.2/5 (take out) Was worried about ordering here after reading the bad reviews but everything turned out fine. My order was ready for pick-up when I arrived. The space was clean and empty. The price is fair as well. Nova Lox ($9.49): This came with cold smoked salmon, red onions, capers, tomatoes, and plan cream cheese. I chose the everything bagel, make it thin, & toasted with sea salt chips. It was good but not the smoked salmon wasn't as fresh as I would have liked. Texas Brisket Egg Sandwich ($8.89): This comes with eggs, smoked beef brisket, cheddar cheese, and smoky chipotle aioli. I chose the cheese hashbrown bagel, regular sized with 2 eggs and no side. This was surprisingly better than the nova lox and very satisfying + filling. Everything just went well together making it the perfect savory meal.

This a smaller Einstein Bros. There is no indoor seating but a couple tables outside. The food here is decent, but only if made correctly. Half the time I come here my order is wrong. The wait time here is ridiculously long. And the customer service is horrendous. Not one kind greeting from anyone here. This the third and final time coming to this location. The first two times were exactly like this last time so there is no no way they were just having one bad day. My advice would be to find somewhere else to go.

Great Einstein Bros location! Recently opened on St. Rose parkway, we stopped in for a few sandwiches and a dozen bagels. They offered for us to wait for the fresh bagels to come out for our dozen, and they were delicious!

Have had nothing but issues with this location. From missing items to incorrect items to now, the food was so salty, it was inedible. 3 of the 5 sandwiches were not able to be eaten, as the eggs in the sandwiches had been salted to a point of being inedible. Without going into gross detail, I'm sure you can imagine what I mean.
