Always a great choice. Love the Vegas favorites. Staff is always friendly. Food comes out reasonably fast for being made fresh. Price is consistent with those around it. I see no issue with this. Years ago with was all I ate in Cali. It's just as good, if not better.

Stood around for several minutes, then realized that the kiosks were self serve. No one said hi, or use the kiosks when youre ready, nothing. We felt like idiots lol. But once we ordered, the food came out piping hot, and the employees we did interact with were super nice and helpful.

No one helps you. You're forced to use the app or their Kiosks. The Kiosks don't let you customize very well. You can't add meat to a BRC burrito. Chicken was way overcooked. Worst El Pollo Loco experience ever! Barely any toilet paper in the handicap bathroom stall.

I came to this establishment 10585 South Eastern Avenue Henderson Nevada I ordered a two-piece chicken two sides flour tortilla, highly disappointed because this was the second time I have patronized this establishment in both times I received hair in my food, the first time I threw the food away this time I decided to pull over in their parking lot & check the food before going home to find hair in my food about 12 inch long black & red hair, I highly wouldn't recommend anyone to support this establishment because their customers are not valued & I then went inside to take the food back for a refund the workers were very standoffish and disrespectful very Unapologetic, save yourself sometime do not support this establishment for food!

The first time I ordered the double chopped chicken salad it was very good. Second time I ordered 3 piece chicken meal, it was terrible. Avoid the guacamole, very expensive and tiny with little flavor. Chips were stale. So I’ll go again but only for the salad
