I really wanted this experience to go well because it's so close to home but that's not what happened. The first thing they bring out to you is chips and salsa. The salsa tasted like something that comes out of a can from Smith's. The chips weren't bad but it's nice when they're warm when they bring them to you and they were not. We also ordered bean dip for the chips and not to tasted like something that came straight out of the can. I ordered the carnitas platter and it was terrible. The carnitas from Roberto's is 10 times better than that. The rise the beans everything is just terrible. We also ordered deep fried ice cream in trails for dessert. The desserts were also absolutely terrible. The ice cream was not deep fried at all they put old stale frosted flakes on there. I'm guessing to make it kind of seemed like it was deep fried idk. The churros were hard as a rock and didn't have any sugar or cinnamon on it. I forget exactly what my wife ordered but hers was terrible too and it was basically just rolled tacos and they couldn't even get that right. We paid over $130 for our meal and we will definitely not be coming back.

Worst service ever. We were picking up to go. We waited 30 minutes, so I went up to the counter to ask, was told it would be right out. Another 30 minutes passed and I went up to the counter to cancel our order, the cashier argued with me and requested I wait while the cashier went to the back and 10 minutes later came back with the meal. All this time they are giving out free jello shots. Really!!! I will never go there again. Food was bleh.

My husband and I love the food. It is still the best around. We always do take out because my husband usually doesn't feel up to sitting in a restaurant. Whoever takes our order over the phone has been very friendly and patient. I can't recommend this place enough. Everyone I know goes there as well. Enjoy!

Great food. Had a shredded beef enchilada and a carne asada enchilada. Lots of beans and rice for the sides. Also saved room to finish off the chips and salsa.

Was severely disappointed, couldn't understand the positive reviews which we based our decision to try this restaurant. Although we were greeted and given our beverages quickly by a friendly man who was not our waitress, it took more than 15 minutes for the waitress to come to our table to take our order. The food was subpar, the chips were stale and prepackaged, the salsa was absolutely bland, the enchilada sauce had no flavor Although the chicken did, as well as no flavor with the Spanish rice. The reason for the 2 star rating is because the chorizo was the only thing that had flavor.

I love that this restaurant has stayed true to its roots and continues to use original recipes and remains family run. The food is simple and delicious, the staff is friendly, and the pricing is great. It's a perfect hidden gem restaurant that everyone knows about!

Ordered food togo and I was missing a couple of things, first i was missing mycup of soup, the next was a side of 4oz guacamole. I mean i ordered it so I could have it and put it on my food. But now I'm completely missing my whole ad on very disappointed. I guess I would just have to go in to eat from now on. I Don't know how to ask Uber eats for a refund for that, I tried looking online but I just couldn't find it.

The food was excellent. I had the sizzling fajitas, mixed 2 meat item. Came out fresh and hot. And also, the beef and shrimp was marinated very well. Thanks to the cook!!! Service was on point too. I will be coming back here again and many more.

This place has been our family’s most favorite spot since my grandparents owned the coin shop that used to be right next door when I was a kid! It’s great to see that it’s still open and flourishing today! Only place that serves my most favorite chips and salsa! You guys are like family and will always be in my book! Love you guys!!!
