I waited 3 days for the machine I was on to be fixed. I was on the Asian bag game had almost 92 dollars on the game and that was returned to me. But I was in the purple bonus that gives you extra spins I had won almost 3 dollar's and was only in my 2nd of five spins but I had also triggered the bonus the bonus again. Just got a call that I only won the 3 dollars how can that be? in 8 spins I won nothing. if anyone plays this game that is impossible. But what can I do? I just had to let people know this is crazy. Been told I am crazy playing there maybe I agree. I totally trusted them.

only reason I love this place is due to jenn in the Italian restaurant and the fact their food is amazing but because of Bridgette and Anthony the bartenders and the the bar back tye. the one cocktail waitress is a nightmare the other is a sweetheart.

I was in Henderson for a 6-day vacation. I had 3 steaks (different restaurants), and Emilia's was the only one that cooked me a PERFECT medium rare. The staff was very friendly and even notified us that breakfast was still available even after 11AM! The atmosphere was very pleasant and everything looked modern and clean.

We visit once or twice a year and make it out to the Pass only to discover that the table games are gone! No reason to go anymore.

Edit: I've been waiting about maybe almost twenty minutes now, and no staff member has come to take my order, they are not short staffed, plenty of workers standing around looking stupid with no task to do, it took twenty five minutes to take my order, but aside from that the Food is good, I recommend the Italian restaurant next door though, Tommy is a fantastic cook

We came for trivia. The questions were fair and fun to answer and the host was efficient. Crowd was nice, but the service was some of the worst I have experienced. The road construction workers do the job faster than the servers here.

Decent for the price...just do t expect TOO much. That's the best way to be let down here. Cheap weekday breakfast is pretty darn good. Overall the food is fair, and the staff are mostly friendly. Beware of two things: Ordering over easy eggs, and expecting the dinner staff to give a F%@$! 30 minutes and counting to order a patty melt and there's 1 other table here...

Diana is So Awesome!!! We walked in tonight and she knew our order by heart! We don't go there a whole lot so for her to remember us and our order and our extra bacon says so much. Shout out for excellent customer service!!! The food here is great and it is reasonably priced.

Emilia's Cafe inside the Pass Casino on Water Street is a hidden gem. I understand every situation is different, but I have no complaints. Host, waitress who got my drink, waitress who took my order, and a gentleman who refilled my drink, were all so pleasant. Great customer service! I ordered iced tea, the Chicken and Waffles, and the Jackpot breakfast. Yeah I was hungry. The Chicken and waffles had bacon bits that went perfect with the syrup. Sweet and salty combination is always a plus! The Chicken was fried to perfection. The scrambled eggs were nice and fluffy, the bacon crispy, just how I like 'em, and the hash browns and sourdough toast were a delight. They have a great selection of food, and were pretty busy when I was there. One added bonus I didn't expect, I played in the casino, and got a $10 coupon for the restaurant, so when I gave them my players card and the coupon, they deducted the rest of the bill using my points (which I didn't even realize I had). So basically I got a wonderful meal at a very inexpensive price (I did end up breaking even in the casino, so that's a win for me ?). Can't beat that!!!
