What a delicious and fantastic ramen.I stopped by for lunch. I originally wanted Miso Ramen. However, I wanted to substitute the thin noodles for thicker noodles but was told they would not do that. I understood because certain noodles hold the broth and flavor. With that said, I changed my order and had the Signature Enza Ramen since it came with thicker noodles. Oh my, the soup was outstanding. I slurped and slurped. The added touch of the tender pork rib was flavorful. The noodles were also cooked to my liking. One of my pet peeves is overcooked noodles, and this dish was far from it.Overall, it was a great spot that I'd come back to.
