I just had my inaugural visit to Evergreen, and it exceeded my expectations! The Turkey pesto was not only flavorful but also quite hearty. The house-made Tai Chi was exceptional, with the spice level being just right. I also savored the Matcha Tea, which was a real treat.
Absolute gem they adjust their coffee settings all the time to make sure it's on point and they ordered the highest quality tea and matcha.
This is not Starbucks this is a local coffee shop that cares about quality and people. They have very creative drinks and great pastries.

Wow. We stopped at this cute little cafe on the way to Hoover Dam. We typically avoid eating out when travelling around America and stick to supermarkets due to the cost for us as we’re from New Zealand. However, this cafe was worth the stop and expense for us. Amazing food, great atmosphere and the staff were just a delight! Loved it!
