Beware at this location if redeeming a gift card. I was using a code from their rewards program for a free drink and intended to pay the balance of my order with a gift card. My gift card was refused with the cashier stating that you cannot use it with a coupon. News to Farmer Boys---a gift card is a form of tender, not a type of discount. Besides, my gift card had adequate funds on it.

My order is always wrong. Today they gave me my order without my French fries in drive thru. Lucky I checked. The lady’s voice is annoying the way she talks to people. I always have problems when I come to this location. Last time I came back three time because my order was wrong. First time got wrong order. Second time they didn’t give me my fruit. I came back a third time and got my money. No more mess ups for me. Then they change their menu items. Just wanted a cheeseburger. Now they have doubles and triples with a bunch of junk on it. It come with messy white sauce onions pickles and a bunch of other stuff. That’s not a cheeseburger. That’s a mess.

I am typically not a turkey fan. With that said, i ordered the turkey melt and was pleasantly surprised how delicious it was. I will certainly order it again. The staff was very attentive, all wearing warm smiles and ready to help. The restaurant itself was very clean. Its obvious upon entry this restaurant has great leadership and a customer focused team. Well done !

A few weeks ago I went to this location like I normally do when I want to switch things up on Saturday night and got food. My brother was visiting from NY and said he should try it. We order for us and my parents but his meal was a big box or whatever the double burger meal is. We get home and his was only a single. I contacted through the website or app, I don't remember, and a few days later I receive a reply and the solution was to give me a free appetizer for my trouble. I live like 10 minutes away but didn't feel like wasting time or gas to fix the issue especially when it took like 15 minutes to get my food to begin with. I personally think it was kind of a screw you to offer an appetizer for a screwed up dinner meal. I try to not complain and didn't want to do this review but It's been bothering me how it was handled. I probably spend like $40 each time I go here for me and my parents. This happened about 5 weeks ago and I haven't been back since cause I'm irritated. This was the first time I complained about the order and the other times it was minor things like dressing being on mine when I order plain. I don't worry about little things like that since I can scrape it off and swap buns. I would have felt better if I was just ignored and never got a response. Bottom line check your order carefully before leaving with takeout. Will I go back, most likely but not for at least another month or 2.
