Apparently the Manger on duty does NOT know what a "Service Animal" is and thst this establishment DOES ALLOW them to enter according to the sign that was clear at the entrance. While looking at the menu (mind you there were ZERO customers inside besides myself, my wife, and our 2 "SERVICE DOGS", he approached us and told us we had to take the dogs outside. I reminded him and pointed to the RED VESTS that both dogs were wearing (as seen I'm the pics that were taking right outside the restaurant). I told him we were leaving anyway and that he'd better read up on the law if he continues to represent Fat Burger!!!!

My husband ordered me an Impossible burger to go. I took a bite into the burger, and the paper from the patty was still on the sandwich. Francisco was the manager who defensively said oh I didn't make it. He calls the cook from the back. The cook looked at the sandwich and couldn't tell us what's wrong with the sandwich. Francisco had to pull the paper off the patty to show him what was wrong with the sandwich. Francisco said the cook needs surgery for one of his eyes, and that's why it happened. Francisco refunded me my money. I have visited several fast food restaurants where if there's an issue they would refund me back my money and also make me another sandwich. Francisco didn't care to retain me as a happy customer. I will not return back to any Fatburger if this is how they treat their customers.

If you’re looking for a burger you can’t go wrong. Friendly staff and the burger was excellent. Onion rings just ok. This location in Henderson is pretty run down.

First time ever coming to a Fatburger. This place was actually really cool. I enjoyed the fact they had healthy alternatives to their traditional burgers. The wait time for my burger was really long but I did understand that there were only two people working as well. Their extras are quite pricey but it's always best to go with "the works" pricey meal combos. Please keep your receipt too since it has the code for the restroom.

First time eating here I got my food to go. A meal was very expensive paid 52.00 for two meals. Had high expectations wanted to try it and was not good my fries had no flavor no salt nothing. My soda had no flavor like it had ran out and just water. Burger was not what I expected meat needed more seasoning if that. Very

Soooo bad. Soooo expensive. Second rate food for high class prices. Two hamburger meals (medium and large) substitute onion rings (super dry, mostly breading) and chocolate shake plus a KIDS cheeseburger and another chocolate shake...wait for it...$57.92!! We were too stunned to speak to cancel the order in the drive thru. Burgers were so-so at best. Bun was dry. Fries weren't done all the way thru. And almost $60??? Insane. Yes, we should have cancelled the order, but we were truly stunned to silence. As far as the prices on the board, they were difficult to read but as a normal human being who has had fast food before in a drive thru, those prices were not anywhere near the "norm" of a fast food drive thru experience. Never again. Giant ripoff. Huge.

I was a bit shocked to pay $11 for a single patty burger with no fries or shake...and waited 9 minutes after payment to physically get my food back...the burger tastes pretty good. I can't tell whether a burger has been frozen and reheated on the grill or if it was made fresh, but the one I received was delicious. I feel like this location may be struggling, as the benches outside were all broken and the restaurant has graffiti on it. Overall: I'm sure I would come back for another burger, but maybe next month since it's quite expensive. Thank you for your kind service today

Everyone knows all the Fat burgers in town are a little old as far as the building goes, but that's part of the appeal lol. Placed an order online and got there a little early to see only 2 employees working so figured I'd have a little while to wait but to my surprise, they had it done earlier than what I was quoted on the website! Quality is always consistent and know exactly what I'm going to get when I order.

DO NOT COME HERE. repeat DO NOT COME HERE!!! fries are not cooked all the way through and are disgusting. messed up my order of three burgers 3 different times. when trying to talk to the manager they dont let you speak and are completely rude talking over you. waste of money waste of time. gross food. rude customer service. 0/5 stars absolutely do not recommend
