The employee is rude and disrespectful to family members and children loud yelling at the kids forgot to finish making all the food doesn't want to explain their menu food is good but the employees need new manners never have I been on vacation that dealt with somebody so rude

It is NOT 24 hours... I was very upset to find that this establishment is actually not open 24 hours ever... and it was the number reason why I chose to come here. I posted a photo so everyone has proof. I didnt want to go to the sunset casino since they closed soon at 2 am and be rushed to eat, but I ended up driving and getting it to go..

I was picking up for a food delivery service. The request for me to pick up was 10 minutes from where I was located. So 10 minutes later I arrive inside the casino at Fatburger in the food court. Two people working there totally oblivious to anybody at the counter. Finally after clearing my throat one of them said what do you want from the back of the restaurant. I said I'm here to pick up for the persons name. The reply was nope 10 to 15 minutes. That is absolutely ridiculous as there was nothing on the grill cooking which means they haven't prepared the order so we're talking 25 minutes for a fast food burger. Not. Neither of those people working there should work there again or give them a good reference to anywhere else to work.

Employees were too busy trying to hit on women and they were not paying attention to our group that was ordering. We had a credit card out prepared to pay for the order and the cashier said after all orders were taken that they were not accepting credit cards. This was extremely frustrating based on the fact that we had a credit card out in front of him the entire time. A sign would have been crazy to have posted or at least paying attention to the customers in front of you not the 3 that had just ordered.

This location is closer to home...I usually go to Sunset Station but not anymore! Gino the cook, made one of the best impossible burgers I have ever had. I am always skeptical about the impossible burger because of the identical resemblance of beef but he reassured me that it was the Impossible burger. Actually, the 2.0 Impossible Burger! I was very satisfied and will return! Thank you Gino! Thank you for accommodating our family and having us over for dinner!

Customer service was amazing and the chef knows how to make a great burger
My experience here was so so. I ordered a boca burger, fries. Food was ok, but when I looked at my receipt I was charged for a medium meal I ask the cashier why. Her response was that is the way the computer process the order. Not fully convinced of this location. Seems kind of shady.

This was Probly the coolest fat burger I've ever been too . Gentlemen working the girl had a lot of stuff going on an still made my food too perfection. Class act nice guy. He is the kind of person that the world needs right now

There is something very wrong with how this location is operated and it speaks volumes as to why the chain is dying off. Cashier was dismissive and not helpful, in a hurry to close up shop. I waited over 25 minutes for a burger and fries. The Customer ahead of me asked for a refund after waiting 35 minutes. The cook was courteous and appologized for the wait, but this is something that should have been addressed by the cashier/manager that was dismissive. Overpriced, dismissive staff and rediculously long wait times.
