Firehouse Subs Sunset-Eastgate

Absolutely dreadful experience. I placed an online order for pick up, when I arrived at the store they told me that they didn’t have what I ordered. I have a food allergy so I couldn’t substitute for anything else. When I said that, I was told to cancel my order from where I ordered it. When I tried to request a refund through the website I was told my situation was being escalated. After 3 days of trying to get a refund I was just informed that I need to request a refund through the store. I am out $30 for something I never received because nobody can give me a straight answer. Thanks for nothing.

This is a corporate issue, but I endlessly have issues with the app and the website. If you need help with the website, you can contact me, (web developer) but the endless issues with trying to order is ridiculous. Not months, but years. It is shameful that corporate does all of these franchises so dirty. I get hiccups happen,. but for such a chain, it is silly that there is so much disconnect with supporting their stores. if I was rating the site and app, it would be a zero. The store would be a 5, but I cannot tell you how many times i get food elsewhere with the failures of the site/app. This order had to be done manually at the store because such a company cannot get their app and website in order. It is shameful.

I've been to numerous Firehouse who all do an "alright" job. I asked this crew to toast the bread a bit more so it's not soggy, like I do all the other stores, and THIS PLACE FINALLY GOT IT RIGHT and the sandwich was SOOOO BOMB. Not just that but they were all cool as hell. This was at 10/2/24 around 5:15pm so THAT CREW deserves kudos and a damn raise cause they made the most delicious sandwich I've had from Firehouse since the first day I ever ate a sandwich from there in South Carolina. Reward this crew, cause they are doing it RIGHT!

I wanted a cold sub and my hoagie was warm with melted cheese .I asked for oil and vinegar AND balsamic vinegarette and there was none on my sub. The sub was DRY. I like my sandwiches drenched in oil and vinegar. There were like 2 tablespoons of meat on the sandwich all the people hyping it up as being so much better than subway LIED. I'm mad I wasted $35 on this place I could've ordered more food for less at subway and got my sandwich done right. This is a one and done for me.Who the heck wants a warm turkey sandwich?!

Details of 1st xperience here on marks st area..Henderson very outgoing firehouse associates spotless handicapped ♿ accessible restrooms ..HWEVR wonderful array of menu combinations and features super kleen dining area & tables i ordered the popular besst seller HOOK & LADDER..was missing.. somting...lil better portion.. of smoked turkey... all in all knot overly satisfied on chew.....but tasty MRMMSR
