. You did a great thing serving the military a free sandwich and should be commended for your hard work and patience during the long lines. The steak sandwich I received was so delicious I had to eat it before I got home. The other sandwich I saved for work the next day and it was still delicious. I found a new place for my next lunch or dinner craving. I had to take off a star for the extreme amount of smoke inside the store.

I love firehouse subs. But this branch in particular always messes up orders. Has an extremely long wait time. And I’ve had several rude customer service interactions. I’d chose a different firehouse in the valley.

for some wild mysterious reason I was craving a turkey sandwich & decided to go straight to the nearest Firehouse sub because who doesn't love firefighters! Sandwich was phenomenal & did not make it out of the parking lot...
