Spencer is amazing! Went in with my family and Spencer helped us choose a great sandwich and was super friendly and professional. Then a homeless lady came in making a bit of a scene and Spencer treated them with kindness and humanity and walked them nicely outside. I was blown away. I haven’t seen kindness and professionalism like this in ages.

I didn't take pictures but I should have and I don't know what's going on. It's not just them, but their sandwiches are way smaller than what they used to be. I mean, a medium sandwich is still 8 inches. But the bread and the amount of meat they put on now is so little. There nothing like it used to be, and it costs even more.

DO NOT EAT HEREI placed an order online. Here are the multiple issues I had with that process:1. They gave my order away before I even arrived2. Upon arrival, told me I could either wait for them to make it again or get a refund TOMORROW 3. Rushed my order, was missing about half of it, and the half that was there was inaccurate (wrong bread, missing toppings and missing sides) and did not give me a receipt 4. I called them to see what solution they had, and was told they could do nothing.Save your time and money and avoid a completely disappointing experience.

Smoked beef and cheese brisket is quite good. Meatball sub is good too. Get that on wheat.Typical fast food store ambience. They support our firefighters and that’s a plus.

At approximately 5:30pm on Monday, October 2nd I stopped by this location hoping to get a sub. Instead , I was immediately repelled by the disturbing, awful, and rude behavior of the young man, with the long hair almost covering his eyes. The young lady was trying ever so hard to maintain her professionalism, and I praise her for that. Miserable employees yield miserable results, you should not hire just anyone to make someone’s food. Never coming back and I highly recommend avoiding this location.

BE CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING FOR PICKUP! The manager was digging out mayo with her hands instead of utensils. Then a fly landed on a piece of bread, due to the white kid with curly hair letting the breads pile up at the toaster. He then removed the bread and as he did so, it tore. He still proceeded to put mayo on the bread. I notified the manager that was fixing my food, that a fly had landed on that bread. The teen then says “thats her food over there” I said it doesn't matter who food it is, they need new bread. He sat the bread to the side with an attitude, then repeatedly says “anything else ma’am” I didn't catch on until the last minute that he was upset… it would’ve been VERY different had I decided to escalate. Point is these people are nasty! Mad over replacing fly spitted bread that you aren't paying for…
Simple set up, great service, delicious food!Parking can be a bit of a walk away and a little irritating with Del Taco's drive through traffic interference, but as long as you take your time and be cautious of traffic heading in or out, it's not that bad.Even when there's a rush, the team gets through the line so quickly we never really feel like we're held up waiting very long at all. Easily a place for a quick bite.Parking: Usually plenty of parking, but nothing on the store front. Handicap is a bit of a distance away. Traffic for a drive-thru nearby can cause movement in and out of the lot to slow down.

Food really sucked came here a year ago and it was perfect and great! today i got the beef and cheddar sub footlong and the chicken cajun sandwich both i extremely got let down on there was barely any cheddar and not enough beef or bbq sauce and the cajun chicken was bland with no flavor… we added our own salsa, for 40$ i was let down extremely. It is worth to note the staff were awesome and super nice.
