Put our name in line for a 45 minute plus wait time on their website. When we arrived we checked in at host stand and were seated within 5 minutes. I noticed several tables needed to be cleaned in order for this place to be full. (At least 5 tables, no people, needed cleaning). I heard hostess quoting people 1hour to 1hour and 20 minutes!!
It took a while for a waiter to come over 10 minutes. He sounded rushed. It was our 1st visit and service was ok. We asked the other helpers for a drink we were waiting on. We ate strawberry dulce de leche French toast, regular French toast and classic eggs Benedict. Food was decent, not amazing, not bad. Overall experience was ok. Will likely return to try other options. We will make sure to put our name on waitlist on website before trying to come.

Excellent service, very delicious breakfast, there’s lots of choices for food & drinks, reasonable pricing, as well as healthy choices. I’ve always loved eating at First Watch in other states. I was so excited when I saw they were opening in the Las Vegas area. Highly recommended.

The restaurant is nice. The food is great. We had the roast beef sandwich with Havarti cheese it came with an arugula salad. Also, we had the tri athlete. It came with an egg white omelette with mushrooms & onions, 2 pieces of toast, fruit cup & also an arugula salad. The service was great. The staff is very friendly.

Hostess was abrupt borderline rude. Automatically charged for 2 coffees because the pot was left on the table. Roast beef sandwich was great! Bacon was great! Tomato soup was lukewarm. We will try it again

They are new so giving grace for a slow kitchen. Food was excellent. Sat at bar as wait was 1.5 hrs!!!!
I'm from the Midwest and First Watch. Well it's a solid go to for breakfast and lunch. Travel for work in the Ohio area as well as outaide of the state. Everyone i have eaten at. Has just been rock solid. Never been let down. The seasonal menu is also a sweet bonus.
