Usually every thing I get is fresh and perfect so I’m hoping what happened today was just a fluke. I go there probably every two months and it’s a guilty pleasure meal for me so it has to be worth it. And it usually is at this location but today there was a problem with the soda machine which gave out bad tasting Coca Cola and the other one was not much better. Then when I got home I discovered the bun for my cheeseburger was stale. UNACCEPTABLE. Also surprisingly the meat was a little pink in the middle which never happens. All of these departures probably means they have a new manager on board and they need to tighten up.
Great burger, fries are ok.
But 1130 for a burger….really. With PPI going up it won’t belong until the burger is 20.00. Fries will probably be 10.00. The drink will be 6.00. Coke and Pepsi have made it clear they just going to pass the price increases along to the consumer.
Good food but cheaper made at home with some fresh lemonade.

Over priced in n out.
This location drops the ball hard.
Also don’t send a driver to pick up an order that isn’t ready. There’s a system and it works please learn to use it.

Dull and loud atmosphere. Messy and sloppy burger. People work to fast, food is not worth what's being charged.

It's quite a luxury to eat here. Really tasty burgers and fries fried in peanut oil. If you peanut allergies, stay away from this place, you can smell the peanuts from half a mile away. Also, if you happen to be the Red Dragon or waiting for people who made the wrong turn, you would be disappointed. There is absolutely no humans in that burger, let alone five guys. So, if you want that, I suggest you come to a warzone or fly to Johannesburg and ask the real November Men who eat hearts of any miss of theirs... At least back in the day that's how it was there. It was very tasty.?

We are regular visitors to five guys and it’s the same food no matter which location. However this is a call out to amazing service by Robert. Our visit was on Sunday October 6th at 4pm. A member of our family has a food allergy and when the food got mixed, Robert took the time to change his gloves, wash his hands, put on new gloves and remake the item to keep it separate. Robert was beyond respectful of the request and educated his team mates on the importance. Thank you Robert for exemplary service!

My first time here and everyone greeted me once I stepped in.
The service was great. The manager was very energetic and it carried over to his staff.
I love how you guys give extra fries in the bags as well. I didn't the add ons the cashier suggested on my burger.
I work in the food business and glad to see how hard we work and I want you to know that you and your team did a great job!!!

The staff is always really friendly. The burgers are good, except I wish they offered any cheese other than American.
Dietary restrictions: They offer lettuce wraps for low-carb option

It's been 10 years since I've been to 5 guys and I could have waited another 10 years. I got a cheeseburger, regular fry and regular drink and it was $21. The burger was mid at best. I'll stick with In n'
