I come here for the service, not just the food. The food is absolutely amazing, but the people are so nice. It's always clean, and the employees are kind. I love seeing my food prepared. The young man Eithan, who was recently promoted to management, has been here since I started coming here about two years ago. We are always greeted when we walk in the door, and I have never been dissatisfied with my order. You guys are doing a great job here.

First off, I don’t eat out much, I’m a 100% disabled veteran, so eating out once a month is kind of a treat for me and my family. This month we chose Five Guys, it was my first time here, and honestly my expectations were high. I ordered 3 big cheeseburgers, a large Cajun fry, and 3 large drinks, and the total came out to almost 53 bucks, plus I even left a small tip.
What disappointed me was we got shorted on the fries, the burgers were cold, and it took forever for the order to come out. For the price and the hype, I expected way better. I’d rather take my business somewhere that actually delivers on quality food and decent service. Do better, Five Guys.

I went there on my lunch break I only had 30 min break i waited for a food 25 min and I went and talk to them and the told me the lost my ticket the staff that works there the clueless the don’t know anything his was the last time I went to eat there food is good but service is horrible

Service was fine, but my fries were unusually short, greasy, and overcooked. Not at all good. I took my order to go, or I'd have asked for a new order. Disappointing.

And I’m not a new customer I have had Five Guys in other location in Nevada and other states. But too many mistakes! If you can’t get a burger order correct, close!

I have been in the hospital for 3 weeks due to a drunk driver. All I craved is a Five Guys burger and Cajun fries. The fries were good but the meat on my burger was not fresh, it was really hard edges and cold. The cheese didnt even melt 😭 I know it wasn't the delivery driver cuz she was here in 5 minutes from when she picked the order up.

The employees were happy and seemed to enjoy their jobs and didn't act like I, nor the few other people there, were bothering them,which in turn made a way better burger than someone who is mad about having to do their job. I had a double bacon cheeseburger. It was tasty and not overcooked. I also ordered a small side of fries (and this was my favorite part) they placed the burger in the bag first, then the small side of fries, and then to my surprise they dumped a small pan of fries (looking to me like 1.5-2 × the amount of the little bag). I had it to go, and I sat outside and devoured the burger(delicious).and with all the fries loose in the bag, I walked north on eastern and got all the way to the Arco station when I finally finished them. Definitely a filling meal.

Normally a big fan of 5 Guys but haven't gone in a while. Did they change the bun? Seems noticeably bigger. I found they have too much bread to meat ratio now. Kinda takes away from the burger.

If I could rate less than 1 start I would. $30 for fries, shake, triple burger. The burger was red and cold inside, unsafe. I threw it out. The fries were very greasy and soaked in salt. Threw them out too. The shake was ok. My first experience with 5 guys. My last as well. The restaurant wasn't busy at all, so can't blame it on understaffing.

Well, I guess the little fry is the size of a mcd's small now? that's not okay for the price. burger, no issues, but half the reason I come is for the fries, and what little I did get were burnt and hard. Not happy and if that's the norm now I'll be going to cheaper spots.
I gave the atmosphere -2 stars as well because by god it's 2025 it's time to update something, anything. I always take it to go, and apparently so does everyone else because it's always a ghost town in there.
