The employees were happy and seemed to enjoy their jobs and didn't act like I, nor the few other people there, were bothering them,which in turn made a way better burger than someone who is mad about having to do their job. I had a double bacon cheeseburger. It was tasty and not overcooked. I also ordered a small side of fries (and this was my favorite part) they placed the burger in the bag first, then the small side of fries, and then to my surprise they dumped a small pan of fries (looking to me like 1.5-2 × the amount of the little bag). I had it to go, and I sat outside and devoured the burger(delicious).and with all the fries loose in the bag, I walked north on eastern and got all the way to the Arco station when I finally finished them. Definitely a filling meal.

Normally a big fan of 5 Guys but haven't gone in a while. Did they change the bun? Seems noticeably bigger. I found they have too much bread to meat ratio now. Kinda takes away from the burger.

If I could rate less than 1 start I would. $30 for fries, shake, triple burger. The burger was red and cold inside, unsafe. I threw it out. The fries were very greasy and soaked in salt. Threw them out too. The shake was ok. My first experience with 5 guys. My last as well. The restaurant wasn't busy at all, so can't blame it on understaffing.

Well, I guess the little fry is the size of a mcd's small now? that's not okay for the price. burger, no issues, but half the reason I come is for the fries, and what little I did get were burnt and hard. Not happy and if that's the norm now I'll be going to cheaper spots.
I gave the atmosphere -2 stars as well because by god it's 2025 it's time to update something, anything. I always take it to go, and apparently so does everyone else because it's always a ghost town in there.

Had gone in there earlier doing a doordash which made me want to get five guys since I haven't gotten it in years The last time was when I was working for five guys. Service was amazing. They actually ended up giving me a discount because I was a doordasher that was awesome! You guys got an amazing team in there. Keep up the great work!

They also have those awesome new Coke machines that can mix your soda of choice with your favorite flavored syrup. --- Update 11/24: My only negative comment is the price. I went back with just my teenage daughter and we spent $40 for burgers, drinks, and split the fries. Ouch!
