I come here for the service, not just the food. The food is absolutely amazing, but the people are so nice. It's always clean, and the employees are kind. I love seeing my food prepared. The young man Eithan, who was recently promoted to management, has been here since I started coming here about two years ago. We are always greeted when we walk in the door, and I have never been dissatisfied with my order. You guys are doing a great job here.
The employees were happy and seemed to enjoy their jobs and didn't act like I, nor the few other people there, were bothering them,which in turn made a way better burger than someone who is mad about having to do their job. I had a double bacon cheeseburger. It was tasty and not overcooked. I also ordered a small side of fries (and this was my favorite part) they placed the burger in the bag first, then the small side of fries, and then to my surprise they dumped a small...
Normally a big fan of 5 Guys but haven't gone in a while. Did they change the bun? Seems noticeably bigger. I found they have too much bread to meat ratio now. Kinda takes away from the burger.
