When you send back drip coffee twice because it is cold, and then no one offers to fix the issue.....three stars is the best I can do. We will give them another chance, but not for a while.

Staff is super friendly. It just seems as if they have no idea what coffees are what. I ordered the coffee of the month yesterday and today. Yesterday's was topped with a green foam and had shamrock "crunchy" pieces in it.

Today? Not only did the girl in the drive thru not know which drink it was; the drink I got was not at all to what I got yesterday. This is just coffee. No foam, no shamrocks, etc. We're 12 days into March. So they've had two weeks to know what drink is drink of the month.

Food wasn't bad, atmosphere was nice, workers need a lot more training on customer service. Two white males taking our order had very poor customer service. Like they barely graduated elementary school. One was average height, chubbier than the taller one. The female worker was the most helpful out of the three employees, if she's not managing those two, she should be. Other than the poor customer service from the two male employees, the food was good. But because of how the employees were it makes you not want to go back to this nice cafe.

Hit or miss with the coffee but overall I'd rather spend my money here than a chain. Great space to work/study.

Went to the drive thru for coffee and breakfast, asked 3 times for no garlic aioli on my croissant breakfast sandwich but came with it anyways. Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru window. Bought 2 coffees and 2 breakfast items for 40$, over priced and bad service. Do not recommend

I came in around 9am to work; ordered the iced coffee and then around noon ordered then Protein Toast for lunch. It was all great and I look forward to trying the other menu items. I will come back.

My only complaint is that they had the A/C running. I will never understand why when it’s under 70 degrees outside establishedments run the AC. I had to keep my coat on the whole time and was freezing.

The ladies working that day are AWESOME. My order did not come over online. They made it right, and if this location was not on the total other side of town, I would be there every day.

One of the only coffee shops in Vegas that has a bit of cozy vibe to it. The sun shines in and you can read a book on the couch while sipping on the 4 coffees from your coffee flight. You could sit for hours. ☕️

Don’t order delivery. The bagel (part of a lox bagel) came to me not toasted or warmed, the hot latte was iced, and my espresso was cold. Don’t order the lox bagel at all, honestly, unless you’re willing to pay a ridiculous price for the thinnest bagel, thin spread of cream cheese, one layer (not covering the whole bagel) of the thinnest smoked salmon, and a light sprinkle of toppings. This is obviously a pretentious restaurant that doesn’t treat or pay their employees well. If you did, they’d care more. I will say though - the avocado toast was really good and almost worth the price. It made the whole meal a little less disappointing.

Great coffee shop! They have a drive thru and a very spacious inside area if you would rather just chill. I had their breakfast burrito and it was so good had some heat from the chorizo. It's made fresh so was steaming hot. They have other options like juices and smoothies too if you want something other than coffee.
