I am very disappointed with the service I just received less than 10 minutes ago. I come here quite a bit for coffee and smoothies . Today just "now" was the most unpleasant visit . I came here to try their acai bowls because on my last visit the lady told me I had about $8 points to use . I order one , they are out of granola which is fine. So I pay and told the cashier I would like to use my dollars and she said oh I already charged you . She didn't even give me the opportunity to put in my phone number as I know credit cards are linked to receiving points as well and I used a new one today . I told her fine whatever . She gets someone to help and this lady tells me you will have dollars on your next one . I looked in my account and come to find out I have $9 to use . So did she just tell me this because I was charged already and didn't want to take the extra step to reverse the charge?!!! I am very disappointed with the services and the acai bowl is not worth $15 . It was frozen and not fresh . It just came out of freezer ! I can tell !! I will only come back to use my $9 for coffee and will never return after . Why do you all have to be rude! I even heard another employee (male) talking to someone on the phone about an order arguing about they picked up the order . This is not what you call good customer service!! By the way, I didn't even drive away to right this review! I did it as soon as I got in my car . That's how dissatisfied I am with the service and quality of the acai bowl. I would give a 0 star but it would not allow me!!!

BEST COFFEE IN TOWN. THE QUALITY HERE IN INSANE. You can taste it in everything you get. It's not a place where the coffees taste artificial. I always get the Vietnamese Coffee WITH oatmilk. Drlelicious and will wake your ass up!!! I'm obsessed. Now this toast is one of the best I've ever had. Thr burratta sets it off and it taste so fresh, flavorful and clean.

The staff is lovely and nice foods tasty and awesome. Ive worked around the area for a while but never have gone in but today I stopped and man I don't regret it it's going to be my new Togo spot now

Placed an order online ahead of time at 8:20, it was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes. I got there about 5 minutes early before the order was supposed to be ready and ended up having to wait an additional 10 minutes. I could see them in the back making the order still. The place wasn’t really busy at all so I don’t understand why making the order took a total of about 30 minutes from when the order was placed for just okay food. The bagels weren’t toasted at all and that just derailed the whole meal. The staff weren’t very friendly either. I like the food but the standards of this store doesn’t meet the standards that the other location in town does.

We got there and they're out of everything eggs, strawberries, bagels, finally found something to order $15 burrata avocado toast, little piece of cheese in the top middle of the toast, supposed to have cheese all across the top of the avocado, very soggy I couldn't even pick up to eat it, my daughter's Nutella toast very mushy didn't eat it. Drinks weren't even good, service was very slow it took 15 minutes to get our soggy toast that we didn't even eat. What a waste of money. The decor was really cute but food was horrible for the price.

Really wanted to try this place because I saw they have a Butterbrew latte. First impression, the place is so cute and nicely decorated. I love the fun art on the walls & different seating selection. Felt very aestheticcc! The Butterbrew latte is delicious & strong! I also ordered their breakfast croissant, but it's not something I'd order again. The croissant was overly toasted & tough to eat. The cheese melted and was dry by the time I opened it. The egg in the middle was steaming hot though. Next time, I'll just order coffee.

My friend and I came here to get lunch after our yoga class. They have a great selection of healthy sandwiches, and you can customize the sugar level in your drinks. The location is excellent, and the staff is friendly.
