Great smashed burgers and concrete. I sub the fries with their delicious cheese curds. Their jalapeño fry sauce is my favorite. I miss the Nutter Butter concrete sandwich tho.

Good, but expensive. You get what you pay for. Customer service is good. Everyone is always cheerful. I'm not sure why though. Maybe Freddy's only hires kind people? I hope they aren't being forced to be nice or else they'll be fired or worse.
Anyway, I've never had a bad experience here. The food is always fresh and tastes great.

Friendly staff, but sadly are not properly trained in regards to food handling safety. Drive thru food brought back due to being incorrect SHOULD NOT BE REPACKAGED AND HANDED OUT, as they did to me today.

I wish the people who cooked the burgers actually cared about presentation. I’ve never seen a worse thrown together burger at any place. Worse than Burger King, McDonald’s and many many more.
