In-N-Out is a good consistency mid-tier, Freddy's is a tier above! You have to get the custard, just a plain half and half!

So my wife and I went in wanting to try their frozen custard treats, which are fantastic by the way, and decided to try their food menu. Generally speaking it's not bad, but frankly it's not special. What is special about this place is that the combination of food, atmosphere and the deserts make it a great place if you want to have a pretty good meal (we have tried most and were not disappointed but not over the wall impressed - it was just good, but perhaps a bit too salty?), an atmosphere that if you remember malt shops it will make you smile, but the deserts are excellent - good sizes, excellent flavor, not too expensive. We will go again but mostly for the deserts. Don't get me started on the Oreo sundae. Dang it, now I want one!!!

Yeah, we usually get the kids meal the cheeseburger and it is enough the burgers, the same size as the other meals the quality of the meat. Everything is great and when we get the kids meal, it’s a good price point.

Ordered a double cheeseburger combo through app and went through drive thru to pick up. I ordered a honey mustard packet and didn't get it. I ordered my drink with no ice and my drink had ice. I wish I would have gotten those things as I ordered. Everything else was as ordered and ok. $12.67 total.

What brought me in was the free veterans Day meal which was a great deal I was very happy to get it and eat it. We got the double bacon cheeseburger which was really good, wish it was a little bigger. The fries are good, but I prefer the thicker steak fries. The onion rings were delicious also the fry sauce is great for the fries and the onion rings. They were busy but the customer service was excellent everybody at the counter was very friendly and the restaurant was clean. I will definitely return and not just on veterans Day.

Vegetarian options: I didn't see anything vegetarian and certainly doesn't smell like there's anything vegetarian 😉

Parking: Parking was easy to find but if you're there during a busy time it is a very busy street near sunset station. Lots of in and out traffic.

Extremely crowded... but understandably so. The service and legitimate home cooked food is exceptional and far worth the price. I was treated to my most favorite double burger and fries ever. Very pleased!
