Good, but expensive. You get what you pay for. Customer service is good. Everyone is always cheerful. I'm not sure why though. Maybe Freddy's only hires kind people? I hope they aren't being forced to be nice or else they'll be fired or worse.

Anyway, I've never had a bad experience here. The food is always fresh and tastes great.

I wish the people who cooked the burgers actually cared about presentation. I’ve never seen a worse thrown together burger at any place. Worse than Burger King, McDonald’s and many many more.

So my wife and I went in wanting to try their frozen custard treats, which are fantastic by the way, and decided to try their food menu. Generally speaking it's not bad, but frankly it's not special. What is special about this place is that the combination of food, atmosphere and the deserts make it a great place if you want to have a pretty good meal (we have tried most and were not disappointed but not over the wall impressed - it was just good, but perhaps a bit...
