First time I ate here they charged me four times for my meal. I later found out after checking my bank account the next day. Kept calling the store but no one answered. Decided to give it a second try. Worst decision. I found HAIR IN MY RICE. Asked the worker to replace it, which he did. BUT he neglected to change his gloves. He DISHED ME OUT NEW RICE WITH THE SAME GLOVES HE WAS CLEANING AND MOPPING WITH. The gloves were visibly dirty. The worker also had in AirPods so I had to stand at the front for 7-10 minutes waiting for service. DO NO RECOMMEND.

Ordered through doordash an hour before closing, and they canceled my order without explanation. My door dash was on his way already and of course they couldn’t stay behind a couple minutes due to them wanting to leave smh. Bad customer service

I find it ridiculous when a business advertises business hours & don't stay true to them. If you claim to open at 11:00 am you should be ready to take orders at 11:00am. I walked up at 11:02 today and the young guy up front said "We're not open yet. I still have to bring out the waters." So I left. If you care that little about your customers I can take my money elsewhere.

So, a few times on DoorDash I’ve glazed over FruJuice. ( my DEEPEST regret since moving here ). Yesterday, I had an intense craving for Elote and Birria and decided to not be the indecisive woman choosing her meal like her life depended on it and *click* I ordered two tacos, Elote, Fruit cup and watermelon Fresca.Let me tell you that my salivary glands have never been happier and more excited to eat something in my life.At first bite, my eyes rolled tolled into the back of my head and I was close to tears.The Birria was PERFECT and juicy as well as the Elote.I have had to bargain with myself all day long not to order again and devour within seconds.Do yourselves a favor and give them a shot.Your tastebuds will thank you.

I may be slightly addicted and eat birria every chance I get. I've been eyeing the ones at frujuice because they're close by which makes it convenient for us to grab when shopping at the mall. Service was great. Food was super hot and made fresh. The price is a bit more than our favorite spot (when you take into account the size, but I should also note they weren't stingy with the meat), but I understand that their rent for the mall may be a lot more then other locations in the area. I like the convenience of having a spot like this in the local mall, next time I'll have to try to birria ramen.

So I'm here shopping at the mall and got a bit hungry. I saw they're street food menu and automatically knew I'd get the Birria tacos since I've been obsessed lately. The cashier was nice and precise. There was one cook who came from the back and made my tacos. They came out pretty fast and the tacos are actually tasty and taste like the real thing. BUT please please please WORK ON THE CONSOME FLAVOR. I tried to like it but it literally tastes like watered down oil w cilantro and onions in its it had absolutely no flavor AT ALL. & if you like Birria you know the consome is the heart of it. I'm sad about it. Buuuuut the horchata was delicious luckily.
