Really enjoyed this. It was the best Shabu shabu we have had in Vegas. We had the American wagyu and the yellowtail and also ordered extra veggies. Broth is Benito and kelp We had brown tea pudding desert which was excellent. Iced green tea was very good. Served was friendly and quickly. Will return

Folks, this place is seriously the real deal, Japanese shabu-shabu. If you haven't had it, you should try it. And this will become the way you wish to dine, frequently. You will not regret it. Trust me. Do it. Have a bottle of Junmai sake. Be open. Let Ricky be your guide. You will leave happy.

If you’re looking for some of the best authentic Shabu Shabu then this place is a must visit. Offering American Wagyu and Japanese A5 for a great price. Kimi and I are addicted to this place. Home made ponzu sauce is delicious. Ask for Ricky and he will take great care of you.

We were craving Japanese food one night and decided to give this place a try. This place far exceeded our expectations. The food is so authentic, service was superb and we liked the intimate feel of the restaurant. We liked how they had lots of small dishes to choose from, and we’ll definitely be returning for the Shabu Shabu. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get their Japanese food fix, or try something new. They sake selection was excellent as well!

Fujiyama Texas is an absolute gem in Henderson! This new shabu shabu Japanese restaurant, with its roots from Hawaii, is a vast improvement from the prior establishment. The quality of the meat is top-tier, and the side dishes are exceptional, making every meal a well-rounded and satisfying experience.
While the shabu shabu is the star of the show, my personal favorite is the kakuni curry rice—rich, flavorful, and incredibly comforting. Whether you're visiting for lunch, with sunlight streaming through the windows, or enjoying a more intimate dinner setting perfect for a date night or client dinner, the ambiance is always spot on.
It’s amazing to have such a high-quality Japanese restaurant right here in Henderson. Highly recommend this place—5 stars all the way!

Why is this place so delicious! That Kakuni Curry is so tender and flavorful. The Dashi hot pot is what we usually get and never disappoints. Wagyu is fire as well as the seafood 👌.

Just a few words: Superb restaurant.
This restaurant is in the Green Valley Ranch district and probably one of the only hot pot type of place in the area. Considering it was cold I had a hankering for some hot pot. I'm from SoCal so hot pot and Shabu Shabu is everywhere so my expectation is something akin to what I've experienced.
The food high is high quality, but the portions are smaller. The meat portion for lunch is 4oz and dinner is 6oz, but I reckon the transportation cost is a bit much to ship to Vegas. I'm used to a lot of veggies too, like tons of Napa cabbage. However, there was refill on rice when some SoCal shops have started charging for an extra bowl. Regardless, I got the Ribeye and it was, as aforementioned, high quality. While I am comparing portions, the lunch menu was a good amount still to eat and delicious.
Service is absolutely top notch. There were five people on a Sunday afternoon when it opened and the one server was all over it. You could tell he cared about the service for everyone in the store. He took time to talk to people, but then rushed in the back to procure the food. He kept checking if everyone was good.
Ambiance is relaxed and cool. Example - they were playing Japanese R&B and jazz hip hop. Think Maliya's Dancing in the Rain, which did play while I dined. This is the one aesthetic - a soulful urban Japanese feel, I do appreciate a lot and tend to gravitate towards.
I will be back to dine here. One of my new favorite spots in Henderson.

A wonderful Shabu restaurant! Ricky is a great host and I loved that the ponzu and sesame sauces are all made fresh in-house, delicious. You can really taste hijos authentic it is! Highly recommend

A new restaurant in a quiet location. Don't let the strange name throw you off. The ony thing Texas about it is the beef. They serve authentic shabu shabu. Top grades of meat with veggies and udon noodles in a boiling hot broth. You cook it yourself. When the veggies are done dip thin slices of wagyu beef into the stock for a quick moment. Good dipping sauces. Delicious. This is the real deal.

What an incredible restaurant! We had the best time dining here. You get your own hot pot, the best quality ingredients- it’s amazing. Everything is so fresh, the red bean paste was delicious- it was so good it didn’t even taste like any red bean paste I have ever had! The sauces are incredible- I can’t even explain how delicious and better this place is than any other place. If you like Shabu shabu- then you HAVE to come here. It will blow your mind. Service is perfect- food 10/10- can’t wait to go back!!! Thank you for such a great meal!!
