Gaetano's is our favorite place to dine. The owners and the staff make you feel like part of the family. Quality of food is excellent! Homemade pasta, excellent quality of meats, desserts and the bartenders are some of the best in Las Vegas.

It's always a special treat to go to Gaetano's - We're warmly greeted and this time we were a tad early, but we're made comfortable in their Art Deco bar. There we enjoyed charcuterie and super service! Then we migrated to our usual table and ordered dishes for our dinner and a couple of take-homes. Here's the thing: The servers are obviously enthused to delineate the specials and it's ALL fabulous!!! A couple of us had the steak tips and mushrooms in Marsala over rotini or some kind of homemade pasta. It doesn't matter what you order; you will love it!!! Oh,and then the bread! I believe they grill it over charcoal or something like that. Divine, and a generous portion!!! I was going to have a piece for a mid-morning snack the next day and I couldn't resist scarfing down three pieces!!! I justified my gluttony by abstaining from more carbs until dinner! The bread will drive you crazy!!! Enjoy an evening at Gaetano's and know that the pride that they take in their food and service are well justified! And you can take home your surplus bread! We went to a 3 -star restaurant in San Diego and they wouldn't let us take home our bread! Go to Gaetano's- We award it 3+ stars, and you can take home your delicious bread!

An amazing dinner from start to finish. Never ceases to impress. The bread basket with charred bread was fantastic, as was the bruschetta. The filet was cooked to perfection. The wild boar pappardelle was fantastic. The drinks were on point. Can't wait to come back

The food was excellent. We have come here regularly over the years and have never been disappointed. The service was great and the staff was very attentive.

Super friendly service, great food. Well curated wine list at reasonable prices. Thoughtful cocktail menu with good non-alcoholic options. We almost always include dinner at Gaetano's when we have visitors in town. Tip: always wait to hear the specials, we find ourselves usually selecting (and enjoying) one of those.

In any business sector it is hard to stay true to the past whan you have a legacy product, fresh and innovative to the next generation of customers and Nick has done it well here at Gaetanos. This is an amazing restaurant I have been here on Weeknights Weekends Open and closing with myself alone and a huge party. Take out is the not an afterthought. A bit on the pricey side , good food and service. Parking could be a challenge, also the room gets loud ( acoustics of the room) especially when seated next to a party of 6 guys Liquored up and loud.
