Alright this place is bomb, the quality has improved tremendously over how it was a year ago. The staff is friendly and attentive, the ingredients are quality, and the drinks are to die for. Looking forward to bringing the family back in the future.

Really good chef on the grill tonight, and they re filled the buffet bar when asked. A little short staffed, but the host/server/front of house, guy was awesome.
Wife enjoyed her "Blue Dragon" drink and had a little enjoyment watching the elderly Karen's complain that the coke was out.

The food was okay, even had some to take home... But about 5 min after we left from eating, my spouse and I both started feeling nauseous. We hadn't even pulled off before I regurgitate right outside the car! Then by the time we got home, she was throwing up with the loose booty and I had loose booty!!!! Something was not right with that food that day!!! The portion I brought home to eat later got tossed out as soon as I stated throwing up in the parking lot!!! The staff was nice and hospitable, but that was about all I can say that was nice!

Usually we love eating here but this time we were very disappointed. They were out of our usual favorite meats and toppings, and what they did have was limited. However, our server was very friendly and always had a smile when she came to our table. She even apologized about the food selection and said she was disappointed that things have changed a lot in the past few months. Hopefully, management will reevaluate the offerings and make some necessary changes.

First time trying this place. I told server it’s our first time . Nothing was really explained . Food took a long time . I ordered drunken chicken and it’s horrible. Greasy and plain . I don’t know how this is healthy. It’s greasy and very dissatisfied

I used to go here for lunch once in a while when I was on this side of town. I'm going to assume things changed to this place during covid and they never returned to how it was, which is really sad. It used to be a fun, unique dining experience. They used to have a full food bar, where you would pick a bowl size and whatever you can stuff into it was what would go on the large mongolian grill. You could even watch the cooks prepare your food right in front of you. You had complete choice over what you were eating and in what portion. You knew exactly what you were getting.
Most recently though, I was in the area and decided to go in for lunch. I was VERY disappointed in what this place turned into. Now you order off a menu of pre-made bowls, and even if you decide to customize it it's not the same experience, or anything close to it, as it used to be. Also, it seems like the order took forever to be made as well. While it used to be a fun place to go for lunch years ago, it's not any longer. Unless they go back to their old format I would not return.
The place is atrocious. As some have already mentioned they don’t clean the grill. Our meat wasn’t fully cooked and covered with black residue from the grill.
There was a huge squished cockroach on the floor right next to our table that the waiter chose to ignore

My wife and I have been coming to Genghis Grill for years. We recently moved and no longer in the area but we were today and decided to have a late lunch here. Walking in it was near empty, maybe 16 people or so and the ambiance just felt off. There was maybe 4 total people working there at the time. But we ordered our food, probably the fastest we got taken care of, Our host helped greatly and quick got our bowls, and my wife asked for drinks. They said they had Gin and Juice only, something about orders being messed up. I've never been here and seen them have NO alcohol, we said never mind the drinks and that's where it all stopped. We made our bowls and too the cook it went, just say I had meatballs in mine just as I always do. We go get our drinks and while trying to make a selection they literally had nothing. Powerade, water or rootbeer only! We got the rootbeer. We noticed our first 2 cups we pulled were dirty, there was zero straws anywhere to be found, and on top of that the soda they did have was flat. We waited for almost a half hour to get our food. You can see the "Whats going on, why is it taking so long" faces in other patrons. You look at the cook and he looked like it was the worst day of his life, slow on it all. So after 30 minutes we got out bowls and started eating, I got my meatballs and had my first bit and they tasted off. I thought OK, maybe I got a rogue spice or something, it happens, but I tried another with same taste. Asked my wife to try one and her face turned, she actually said I can't do it, I'm not going to swallow this and spit it out. I tried one more like maybe it's a fluke but it wasn't. Just the same. We talked about it and it tasted like it was bathed in soap, maybe, I don't know. But I picked the rest out and put aside just as our waiter/host came to ask about how we were liking the meal, I let him know and offered up a meatball, he graciously declined lol. He said he would talk to his manager about it, and in the end he offered us a new bowl, I declined and finished mine as the rest seemed fine but we did get a little discount. I've been feeling sick pretty much all night because of it. Needless to say the whole visit felt off and a place we have eaten at for years and a place we liked our food dates at we will no longer visit. It was horrible for us..

The cooks do not clean the grill enough. Not sure if it's due to lack of training or lack of caring. Daughters food had a fishy smell and taste. Due to lack of grill cleaning. All the food was being cook together throughout the restaurant. Black chard pieces in our food was evidence that the grill wasn't cleaned properly. Also their coke freestyle machine only had diet selections.
They were out of soda.
