Went there with my family for Thanksgiving and it wasn't as busy as it usually is. They have a lot of food selections. I am allergic to milk and still had plenty of options to choose from. They have labels next to the name of each food, saying what common allergens it contains. I've been here a few times and would go again. I believe it was $20 per person. Super cheap for a multi-course meal and the food was good.

Everything was good 👍 but some details impoverish the overall quality of the place for example, 1. The chef who prepares the meat on the grill has no education in dealing with customers. He serves very small cuts of meat 🥩 and when you ask for more, he says in a very bad way that he doesn't 😔 2. the soft drink dispensers inside the place were not working. 3. there were no pizzas for over an hour.
That's why my rating is 3 stars 🌟 maximum

Very friendly staff. Right on getting drinks fast. Went on Thanksgiving no problems. Would return again. Only downside was the turkey. It was not real turkey. Other then that great experience.

Terrible customer service by the hostesses. They yell at customers and have poor hospitality etiquette. They’ll yell at customers about policies that are never disclosed to customers upon entry, but will gladly look the other way when it comes to their family and friends.
The food was bountiful, but dull and below average. Look elsewhere for good food and service.

Today I went here on thanksgiving around 11 am, and I was trying tinget a roast chicken and cut it myself, I didnt know the worker was suppose to cut it for me , this black bald smack my hand telling me not to touch it!?? First of all it was rude to touch me! And he should have said it a nice way, and then I asked a girl that was wearing black shirt and she had Hair up in a bun and tattoos on her right lower inner arm, and I was trying to tell her what the black guy did, and I showed her by slapping her hand lightly and she took it the wrong way!? Instead of providing costumer service and apologizing she was trying to pick a fight and argue to me!!! I do not recommend this place and will have these people fired for bad costumer service.

It can get busy, but the food is good, as well as the service, and you have the opportunity to eat and drink more than your money's worth.

No complaints. Completely what was expected. They had enough choice to satisfy me. Our server, Dora, was excellent... Friendly, courteous, helpful and quickly cleared our plates for the next round.

It's great food, affordable. Not many vegetarian protein options though (Not even tofu). Also, it's confusing that they have drinks before entering and you don't know whether they are included or paid separately. They are paid separately but you can always have water for free and skip the drinks. This is not clear! Besides that, the servers are great and friendly.

Extremely busy but you don't notice with such personable service of their staff. Stopped in for quick late lunch and surprised to relax and have early dinner. All buffet stations were clean, organized, full or had fresh food. No waiting for a Full-house!
The management at this location is doing an excellent job and achieving an almost unheard of task in today's service industry. All the staff were Happy and helpful!
Will definitely be back!
