I quit going there because they never have fresh fruit any more. I don't pay those prices for frozen strawberrirs. Also, I'm told the owner plans to close this location in March 2020. Also, the owner changed the hours and closes at 9:00, but he never listed the change in hours on any other website.

Broken coffee machine gets never fixed

Store was empty, but I still couldn't get service. Went in for a breakfast sandwich and coffee and waited 30 minutes for service. Coffee carafe contained leftover cold coffee from previous day. Server running this shop acted as if he wanted to lose this job. I had $100 in gift certificates I will never bother to redeem. Pitiful!
Great froyo but fresh raspberries were so spoiled they were slimy. Ruined the entire dish.

okay I eat at this place usually a couple times a year. I was in the mood. I checked the internet it says closing Time 10. I show up at the store at 9:20. There's a lighted sign in the window that says closing Time 10 p.m. The door is open I walk in and they're telling me that they're closed. I tell them there's a sign in the window lit up saying closing Time 10? And what about the internet? But this guy wants to argue with me about it. Stupid people drive me crazy. I was wrong because their sign and their website says they're open, but they're closed. Anyway if they are too stupid to change the sign, I don't think I want to eat anything they offer. Done.
