Best bread ever! And so many varieties to choose from. I go with the intention of buying just one loaf, but usually buy more than one, and getting a sandwich too.

Great service as expected from all my other experiences at Great Harvest in Idaho and Utah. I’m glad I found it after moving to the area. Maria was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.

I don’t know what changes have occurred- maybe new owners but I was in there a few days ago & in the past excellent service- I ordered just 1/2 sandwich and bought bread. They never offered a sample which is fine but it took a half hour to get my sandwich. There were staff walking around the baking area but they never once offered to help the 1 staff member making sandwich. Everyone waiting for a sandwich kept looking to see what the delay was. A lady next to me had waited 45 minutes! There were only 5 people in the store! The girl apologized as she had forgotten to give them their salad. When I got my Tina sandwich it was dry- it was missing the mayo i ordered and it had barely any tuna and the lettuce was so wilted I had to throw it away. This is definitely NOT the service they used to offer . The owner was always ON TOP OF EVERYTHING! And they were out of brownies ( it was Monday)
Delicious baked goods coupled with fantastic, friendly service. Wonderful samples available to introduce new and regular flavors. The sourdough here is amazing. We get a loaf every week. We also regularly get their pumpernickel. But the tea cakes and Lemon-Oh and Pumpkin Oh cakes are my favorite. So many delicious treats and we haven't yet had their sandwiches yet! (We just haven't visited during lunch time yet.) Occasionally they have seasonal raffles events. There is a membership tied to your phone number that gets you $5 off after so many points are reached.

So me and my girlfriend went in store today to be able to get some sandwiches for breakfast. At first service was good until we got to ordering our sandwiches. As we are trying to order we both noticed how the employees are acting very childish after we order. They also got my sandwich right but they didn’t give me the rest of my combo. Then as you see in the picture my girlfriends sandwich was made completely wrong it was supposed to have bacon. Even though the girl we ordered from she repeated my girlfriends order back to her and still made it completely incorrect. I paid way too much for our order to be messed up this much.
